Making Past Perfect

Making Past Perfect

Alice whispered, her voice echoing in the stillness. “Seemed it is,” Pedro said, leading her to a small, cluttered room filled with candles and strange objects. The air felt thick with unease. Alice’s eyes fell on a small black book tucked away in a corner. She picked it up, her fingers trembling as she opened it. “Look at this,” she said, her voice barely a whisper. “Spells… ancient spells.” Pedro's eyes widened in fear. “She’s a disciple of the devil,” he said, trying to mask his terror. “We shouldn’t be here.”

Awaken (The moonlight of Monaserus)

Awaken (The moonlight of Monaserus)

Alyssa exclaimed after seeing all the things on a particular page. "What Is it, Alyssa?" Asked Berk worried. "Don't worry Berk everything is going to be fine, let's go," replied Alyssa as she keeps the book on the floor. "Are we done?" Berk asked surprised. "Yes we are," Alyssa replied and they both left the room. As soon as they turned and left the room, the book closes back by itself, and the book cover reads; 'THE BOOK OF SHADOWS' and then the book disappears. . .

Itzthalia Charm
The skill of the writer is unique, the plot is amazing ❤️and unpredictable and still very transparent, I love Alyssa role as a motivator and supporter to Darrell unlike other random plots where the female protagonist is waiting for her prince charming to rescue her from distress I find that pathetic

What do I say about this book... it’s so powerful. I honestly felt my whole thought process shift after finishing it. Such a beautiful read. With life so hectic is was great to be taken to another world and sink into the story. As always I love these stories and characters created. Always refreshing

The Alpha's Secret Moon

The Alpha's Secret Moon

Luna decided, "everything changes." What Luna didn't know was that a pair of golden eyes watched her from a high window in the pack house. Alpha Vincent Blackthorne stood in the shadows of his study, having witnessed his son's betrayal through the pack bonds. "So it begins," he murmured to his wolf, Storm. "The Moon Goddess works in mysterious ways." He'd been watching Luna Silverwood for far longer than anyone knew, and not for the reasons anyone would suspect. Tomorrow's Moon Festival would indeed change everything but perhaps not in the way Luna expected.

The Curse Of Loving You

The Curse Of Loving You

I was looking for him, but I was not the only one. A presence shifted behind me. I did not turn immediately. There was no need. “You think too loudly,” a familiar voice said. I exhaled slowly. “You always appear where you are not welcome.” Alastor stepped into view with his usual calm, the kind that came from knowing most people could not touch him even if they tried. Apostle of Ra. Exiled on paper, tolerated in practice. “That is an interesting complaint,” he replied. “Coming from a man who treats contracts like loose guidelines.”

Lurking in the Dark - Book 2

Lurking in the Dark - Book 2

The bang resounded through the whole garden, the Iuba winced violently as part of its head practically flew away and then the cattle slumped lifelessly on the child. Maddox immediately ran to pull the heavy bastard off the girl. The little one was crying and sobbing, my face was all bloody. The fucking beasts got them. "Hey, take it easy, little mouse." He crouched down next to her, but she was so scared that she didn't seem to hear him. "Are you okay?" What a stupid question. Obviously she wasn't, but Maddox had always struggled with children. He glanced at the other girl. It had huddled, its ears pressed and its eyes narrowed. It hummed softly as we rocked back and forth. Over and over aga

The Midnight Sorceress

The Midnight Sorceress

The grimoire turned out to be the largest book Cassandra had ever seen, with pages made of parchment illuminated with tracery, and it was open to a page thickly covered with elegant, intricate writing. To Cassandra, it was the most beautiful handwriting she had ever seen. She felt the urge to trace her fingers over the inked pages. There were pictures of herbs, flowers, roots, and seeds. There were also diagrams and drawings of astronomy. Some of them with suns, moons, and stars, or symbols for the zodiacal constellations: two fish for Pisces, a bull for Taurus, a hunter with a crossbow for Sagittarius, and so on. Each of these had female figures arranged in two or more concentric bands. Mos

Magic by Moonlight

Magic by Moonlight

"We need to get back to Alder, but I promise, I won't keep you waiting long." He ran his hand through my hair before asking, "Are you up for a run?" *** We ran nonstop since the afternoon. By the time we reached Alder, the moon was at its highest point in the sky. Tor walked us into the village and I slid off of his back, my legs sore for more than one reason. But it wasn't just my body that was worn out, my mind had been filled with racing thoughts all day. The memory of Tor's thickness as he slid inside of me, the look of pure pleasure on his face, and the horrible visions of my dreams. The contrasts between my thoughts were dizzying. So by the time we reached Alder, I was completely spent

Moonlit Pages

Moonlit Pages

"Under the fool moon!" In her mind, she could see an image of her holding a book under the full moon. There was Zoren standing beside her, looking up at the ball of light. Her eyes twitched as she realized that the moonlight followed her hands when she moved to open the book and turn the pages. "I need the full moon," she murmured. "I could see it!" "Miss?" "Madam, I think she's not sober." "Miss, hello?" Madam Nilla shook her, and suddenly she was back.
