My voice echoed, small. And even before I saw water this river stink found me oil, dead fish, wet cement. I walked toward it because that gut pull said to me. “Emma and I are just friends. That’s all. And for you, as her partner.” Did he even remember that Alex was the surgeon who had basically saved his life? Not literally but he was the one who performed the surgery. Sebastian didn’t respond right away. His gaze shifted to me, his eyes searching mine like he was looking for some hidden truth.

he snapped, his voice laced with a mixture of defiance and vulnerability. Prince Maximus stepped forward, his usually jovial expression clouded with concern. "Alistair, you must understand the gravity of this situation. Alpha Alexandros is not one to be trifled with. If your feelings for Beta Kristen were to be exposed, it could jeopardize not only your own safety but the stability of our entire kingdom." Alistair's eyes locked with Maximus's, his resolve hardening. "I am well aware of the risks. But I refuse to live in fear of the consequences. I will face them head-on."

Alex looks down at the picture and then back at Ray, who has a sad expression on his face, which has Alex's gut wrenching and his heart constricting. "Those are my two boys," Alex supplies before he can stop himself, rubbing the back of his neck. "Seb and Tian; they're 10 and 7." "Oh," is all Ray says as he averts his gaze back to his fingers, which are yet again playing with the rings. Alex feels completely out of sorts and way out of his element. He'd barely come to terms that he would never see Ashly again, and now this—he isn't prepared for this.

This is a lot to take in one day. “ I’ll see what I can find out” he whispered, stepping to open the cell door. I watched as Alex carried his bony body bridal style out of the basement. I followed behind a few inches away from everyone. When I reached the top of the stairs Alex stood at the door with his arms out as if he wanted a hug. “ no thank you.” I muttered looking toward the ground “ if I hug you I’ll cry. I don’t want to cry right now”

Allen muttered angrily "you're going to turn away and pretend it's not happening because I'm a B- Class om...?" "No, its because you are B-Class and I am a A- Class, you know it is not allowed," Sebestian said brokenly, turning away and dragging Dell towards the door, he needed to leave, barely able to hold himself back any longer. "Then you should know, I will not give up on you, on this" Allen said, watching as his Alpha stopped in his tracks, his back ramrod straight and shoulders shaking. "You can't run from it, Sebestian. I am your Omega and you are my Alpha" he said as the tears welled up, the pain of seeing his Alpha with his back to him crashing through him in an uncontrollable wave.

Sebastian inhales sharply. "Hello, my name is Alex and I am your waiter. What would you like to drink?” This skinny and nervous guy approaches our table. He looks at Sebastian’s hand on my thigh and blushes heavily. Poor guy. ”Hello Alex, um, babe, what do you want?” Sebastian gently asks from me. ”I think I would like to have some mineral water with lemon” I reply. ”That sounds good, make it to” Sebastian tells the waiter. He scribbles the order on his tiny notepad and practically runs away. I bite my lip to stop myself from laughing.

Alex’s father was a very close friend of Harry, that’s why he was also on good terms with Seb. (Alexander Adrian: Age 32, A Mafia King like Sebastian, owns the Empire of French Mafia. He lives in France, having a powerful yet mysterious aura around the people who doesn’t know about him. I was already trying hard to laugh and this was not helping. “Sebastian had sex with our teacher.” Alex countered. “She was 50 years old.” “Hey! She looked like she was thirty.” Seb argued. Alex scoffed. “She had a mustache.” Seb’s hands formed fists, glaring at Alex. I could see he was fighting the urge to punch Alex. “Alex crashed three weddings. And got caught all three times.” “Seb puked after having just one drink. In the final year party!” “I told you, I wasn’t feeling well.” Seb excused. “Alex can dance to Beyoncé’s Single Ladies.”
