Alice In Borderland Season 2 Novels & Stories

But she would not be discarded. That night, when the moon was a jagged crescent above the hills, Alissa stole away. Her steps were silent, her cloak drawn tight as she slipped through the border wards. The wolves didn’t notice. They never noticed her. But the witches did. Lenora stood waiting at the edge of the barrier, a satisfied gleam in her eye. “I thought you might come,” she said, arms open like a mother greeting a prodigal daughter. “I’m tired of being nothing,” Alissa whispered. “I want power.”

For a wolf like her, suffering from detachment from her mate, it was going to take her more than the death of her mother to make her see that not every mate bond could be rejected passively. After I hinted that Alex wasn’t the reason for the drought and the fire outbursts I suspected I had given her enough reasons to forgive him. And waking up to the news that the borders of the pack were intruded at night was my confirmation. She was smart, I would give her that, but not smart enough to know no one leaves the pack, not under my watch. Earlier today, the guards noticed a sneaky move at the borders. Alice tried to run away with her little niece as an accomplice, which happened to be futile in

As if they don't already know. The door opened right when Alonso slipped his hand under my shirt. We both stand right and see that it's Linda and she has a smirk on her face. I hide behind Alonso's tall frame, only because my face is flushed and I don't want her to see me this way. "As much as I don't want to disturb you people, I have something to say" she says and now we both are straight and attentive. "There's someone at the borders and he says he is here to claim something The Alpha King and his Beta stole from him. What's that about?" Linda asks. Someone Alonso and I stole from him?

So I joined in, and we spent the rest of the night downing regular alcohol. It was the weekend, so I thought I could catch up on sleep, but Tyler had been digging in my head for some time now. ‘Jace, are you awake now?’ ‘What the fuck, man? It’s Saturday.’ ‘Alice is at the border.’ My eyes snapped open when it dawned on me that her party was scheduled for Monday, but her birthday was yesterday. Was she fucking serious about the second chance mate? Zero growled in my head, shutting off his mind from mine. I had no idea what he meant by that because I could not reach him, but his reaction made my heart hammer in my chest.

And I would do whatever it took to save it, even if the ultimate sacrifice was my own. “You are not alone in this, Selena,” Zander said, stepping up beside me. His presence was steady and comforting, and I smiled, knowing my alpha mate was my pillar of strength. “Yes, Luna, we’re all with you in this,” Maddox added, his tone firm, while Blair nodded in determined agreement. Suddenly, Maddox fell silent, his expression shifting as if receiving a mind-link. “Alpha, we’ve detected some mysterious activity near the western border,” he informed Zander, his voice serious.

At this moment, Alice was wearing a light purple gown, standing in the middle of the banquet hall, talking to Hailey. From the way they conversed with each other, they seemed to be close. Instinctively, Luna frowned. Alice and Hailey knew each other? One of them was a local of Banyan City who had just returned from a long stay overseas. And the other was a woman from Sea City who was obsessed with plastic-surgery and rarely appeared in public. The two of them were in contact? Just when Luna looked in their direction and was secretly shocked, Alice suddenly raised her head and looked toward her too.

Larry's POV "Rowan." Alice had yelled, ignoring the obvious tension in the room. "We have a breach on the northern border. And the attackers are Armed. At least a dozen that we've confirmed, possibly more. We think they migh have come for the humans and They're already inside the outer ward." Everything happened very fast after that. Alice had barely finished delivering her report before Rowan was already moving — not toward the door, but toward the bed. My bed, specifically, which confused me until he dropped to one knee and reached underneath it and pulled out ...a Fucking sword!

BENJAMIN’S POV Callum lowered his phone, and the look on his face told me right away that I was already too late. “The rogue they caught at the outer boundary talked,” he said, shoving the phone into his pocket. “She’s not after the pack. She’s after Alice.” We were standing at the northern border post with a dozen warriors spread out through the trees. Lisa’s rogues had stopped attacking Blue Moon hours ago, and that should have made me feel better, but instead my skin crawled because I knew something worse was coming.

I had been rejected… and now banished. Within an hour, I packed my few belongings. Lily cried when I told her, hugging me tightly. “This isn’t fair,” she whispered. “I’ll be okay,” I reassured her, though I wasn’t sure myself. Soon, I found myself walking toward the pack border escorted by two guards. When we reached the edge of the territory, they stopped. “This is as far as we go,” one of them said. I nodded and stepped forward alone. The moment I crossed the border, something felt different. The air felt heavier.

As if the weight of it had finally crushed his spine. A long time passed before he turned. His voice was barely a whisper. "Dismissed." That night, the council hall was empty. Jaxon stood alone in the darkness. Tina's screams echoed in his mind on a loop. But the face that surfaced in front of him was Alice's. Three years ago, Alice had stood on the other side of the border stone. The same snow. The same utter abandonment. And he had pushed her away with his own hands. Now it had all come back around to him, in a different form.
