He gestures to the others, and one by one, they step forward, each of them placing a hand on my shoulder, my elbow, my back. Their touch is grounding, steadying. I can feel their presence like a warm current, surrounding me, lending me their strength. Even Jimmen, Orindan, and Carmelina stand close, their eyes filled with silent support.
