A small voice says from behind me. I turn around to see a young woman with a tiny frame standing in the doorway. Her long black hair hanging over both shoulders, framing her face. "Who are you? I haven't seen you here before." "Sienna. I'm from Alpha Gregory's pack, or at least I used to be. I was an omega, just like you." "Oh okay. My name is Mark. Nice to meet you." I get up and walk towards her with my hand extended. She takes it, and clasps her other hand over mine.

From that day onwards, those overcome by the beast were called werewolves as they were both man and wolf. The Prince was the most powerful among the clan and was called "Alpha", his second in command was the "Beta". The weak and the less strong-willed were the "Omega". The omegas were preyed upon because they were easily controlled and were not strong as they were not fully possessed by the beast. The most significant wolf after the Alpha and Beta were the "Epsilon". The Epsilons were the peacemakers, healers who could calm a wolf in rage. Epsilons are rare and most times are mistaken for an Omega.

An omega wolf scrambled out of the way, nearly getting knocked over as he pushed back from his seat and stood up abruptly. "Come." It wasn't an offer, but once again a command soaked in his irrefutable Alpha power. I clenched and released my fists one last time underneath the table before standing up. There was no point in questioning his intentions, because it didn't matter. I couldn't disobey his command and it was completely infuriating. Dotty huffed, "Oh, c'mon. Where are you taking her?" I wished I could disappear, fade into the walls of his office, slip out of his reach forever.

I asked desperately. “Of course you are. You may not know this, but our Alpha happens to be the most powerful in the north. No one dares to barge into his territory looking for anyone. You can say the goddess led you here. I repeat, regardless of who they are, they'll never be able to harm you so long as you are in his wings.” I breathed another sigh of relief. The fact that I'm safe here was such a relief. ~ I stared at the so-called Alpha, who is named Alpha Damian from the Lockwood Pack. I'm totally unaware of who he was or what I'm supposed to do in front of him.

'I hope Alpha Sae will go home as early as possible,' she thought to herself. Alpha Sae was walking downstairs to go to the meeting room where all Alpha's are present. They held a meeting after hearing the news that Alpha Sae was accepting an Omega to become his mate even though he hadn't marked her yet, for them it was a threat. An omega should always stay as an Omega and she is not qualified to become a Luna. The only female wolf that is eligible for the position of a Luna is the daughter of a Beta.
