Supernova book 1

Supernova book 1

The light stopped at Ward 119, and he heard the cry of a newborn baby. Suddenly, words appeared on the door, and he understood that a part of the prophecy had been fulfilled. He entered the room and saw the new parents gazing lovingly at their baby girl. They were startled when they saw the seer approach their child, but he placed a bracelet on her and declared her a supernova. "But the supernova died a thousand years ago!" the father exclaimed. "Yes, but your child is different," the seer explained. "There were other supernovas, but they all died. The title has not been given until now. Your baby is the next supernova, and a prophecy is attached to her. Only the gods can protect her."

Ravaged: An End of Days Novel

Ravaged: An End of Days Novel

Even between myself and my sister, the number of times that we had one occur, we could count on our fingers, and even then—it wasn't very often. However, this sensation that I was going through. It wasn't quite a vision. More like it felt like an extremely suffocating out of body experience. I was on Asgard again; yet this time, I had sensed that there was trouble. All around me I saw nothing but walls of orange-red fires that engulfed the city. The great city itself was on fire. Multiple buildings that had been made from gold and silver were melting away in the searing fire. Ashes were raining down from the sky, touching the moss on the cobblestone which in turn caused the ground beneath my

she continued, “there’s this sound. Not thundering, something far worse. Like the sky is breaking. People start screaming. Some run, others freeze. Buildings begin to shake, then topple. Now you’re caught in the middle of chaos. You can’t find shelter. The earth shakes beneath your feet, lightning splits the sky, and the sun and the moon both go dark. You can’t even remember the last time you saw real sunlight. The world feels like it’s ending.” A long silence. Calvin’s breathing was slower now, measured. Finally, he opened his eyes. “Do you believe in the apocalypse?”

COLD STEEL, BLEEDING HEARTS

COLD STEEL, BLEEDING HEARTS

the Architect said, smiling cruelly, “I’m not the only one hunting you. The Board kept a hundred books on their computer. Scary stories, war stories, stories of monsters that eat stars. Now, the walls between the books are gone.” As he spoke, the alley began mixing with other worlds. Off in the distance, Maya saw a metal dragon from a space story flying above a candy forest. Ghosts from an ancient horror tale wandered through a futuristic city of glass. Everything was colliding. The long path had turned into a nightmare. “We need to go,” Julian said, grabbing Maya’s hand. “The Ghostwriter said the secret is in the title of Chapter 100. We have to reach the end before this world becomes a sto

The Family Survival Fund and Apocalypse Revenge

The Family Survival Fund and Apocalypse Revenge

I began to read and to train my body. Immersed in the ocean of knowledge, my heart grew fuller and calmer than it had ever been. A strong, healthy body was the greatest asset for enduring this long apocalypse. Occasionally, I would access the global surveillance network to glimpse the world being scorched by heatwaves. The traces of civilization were being erased at breathtaking speed. Skyscrapers grew brittle and collapsed under the relentless heat. Forests turned to scorched earth. The oceans evaporated, revealing jagged seabeds and countless skeletal remains of once-living creatures.

Lost to Earth: Book Three

Lost to Earth: Book Three

Damn! What a quick death! " The thought barely penetrates my brain as I was swirled around in hot blackness. My lungs are burning from the lack of oxygen, while heat eats away my skin and bones. The pyroclastic cloud from Vesuvius wrenched my soul from my body, and everything went silent. "You don't believe in fairies!" A sing-song voice repeats from somewhere in the darkness. A chill of foreboding runs through my incorporeal spine. Shit, not again!

Scorched Apocalypse: Abandoned for a Bottle of Water

Scorched Apocalypse: Abandoned for a Bottle of Water

… Through Leo's and my persistent efforts in leading the team to search high and low within the former forests for clues, we finally managed to find the main source of the water contamination. A massive meteorite had fallen on Earth and was now sitting on the peak of a mountain, transmitting its destructive radiation down through the roots of the trees and contaminating all nearby water sources on Earth. The apocalypse had happened because of this meteorite. Octoria, one of the major countries, had launched missiles at it, intending to shatter the meteorite before it entered the Earth's stratosphere. However, they hadn't known then that the meteorite would turn out to be so hard and dense.

Her Bloom Isn’t Red Anymore

Aphrodite hovered nearby, barefoot despite the falling debris, her body luminous, lips painted like the fires above, hair drifting in the currents like it obeyed a gravity all its own. “You should’ve stayed dead,” Vaethea hissed, dodging a wave of molten light that liquefied a drone midair. Sparks showered like raindrops on cracked asphalt. “And you should’ve stayed kind,” Aphrodite replied softly, cruelly, flicking her fingers and watching a whole office tower crumble into granular dust that scattered like sand in the wind. The streets below were a chaos of collapse. Civilians ran, some trapped beneath overturned vehicles, others screaming into digital voids as their comms failed, signals l

The Endgame Chronicles

The Endgame Chronicles(The Apocalyptic Queen Theresa)(Supreme Survivor In The Zombie Apocalypse)

Hayley had analyzed long ago why Scott's base was doomed to fall. But she had to admit that when Scott's war machine first ignited, it was the most terrifyingly powerful force of the early apocalypse. The apocalypse demanded extreme centralization. Only by compressing human strength into a single will could people fight back against it. Scott was exactly that kind of madman, someone willing to sacrifice everything for absolute control. And as for people like that, Hayley's feelings were very clear.

This is by far and beyond the best book I've read in a long time! It kept me so engaged that I had a lot of sleepless nights and I had to force myself to put it down. If it was in book form, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Thank you Hugh White for writing and publishing this book. it's the story of a

Worth the read, well written and has a decent plot. The characters generally have a lot of depth, although one or two have been a little strange, maybe written that way on purpose. The FMC sometimes feels a little too cold, and vengeful, but again part of her character... I will continue reading!

in the sky held the power to snuff out a city with a song. "It’s a total social blackout," Emma whispered, her hands shaking as she scrolled through the feeds. "Religious cults are claiming the Apocalypse has begun. Stock markets have flatlined because no one cares about currency when dragons might be real. The 'Terrified Awareness' is hitting Stage Four." By the time the shuttle reached the "Zenith Sanctuary" - the LNI’s fortified headquarters in the St. Louis Arch - the world’s governments had stopped trying to shoot them down and started trying to dial their number.
