It’s my birthday in a week, on April 10th and you’re invited.” My heart skipped a beat at his words, and I stared at him in surprise. “Your birthday?” “Yeah,” Adrian said, leaning his head back against the headrest. “A small party. Mostly just close friends, family, and a few business partners. You’re coming.”
