"There's towels on the rack. I'll find a clean shirt you can sleep in."
"Thanks," I said, letting him help me to my feet.
I wobbled my way to the bathroom and turned the shower on, letting the steam fill the room before I slipped out of my red underwear. The hot spring in the bathing room had seen my tolerance for heat leap far above my usual, giving me an appreciation for how hot a shower Aaron had always taken. My heart fumbled as the image of his face flashing across my mind. I shook it off. Thoughts of Aaron didn't belong here. They didn't belong anywhere anymore.
