Aramis From The Three Musketeers Novels & Stories

** Armand P.O.V. ** I was stunned when Artemis said those words and then left the kitchen. I sat there in silence staring at the eggs on my plate. Valerian and Jax were silent as well because none of us knew what to say. ~"Armand, go to her, she needs you"~

They tend to create trouble for our kind, so I need to pay a visit to Aramis, leader of the rogues. "What else did he do?" I asked, gritting my teeth. She frowned, "He kept smelling me then all of a sudden he flung me to a tree. It was darn painful, if you ask me. Then he picked me up by the collar then this," holding up the pendant in the air to emphasize a point, “glowed then the dude touched it. What's weird though is that he burned to ashes."

Enzo says. I stop. "Think about it," he continues, with the energy of a man who has been waiting to deliver this. "You are Athos. Obviously. Top dog, the captain, the one who carries everything. I am Aramis because I am clearly the most sophisticated. Dante is Porthos because he eats the most. And together we are —"

Robb frowned and pinched the bridge of his nose, saying, "young lady, do you think I'd just lend you a few of my weapons like that?" Ammon appeared from Amaria's shadow, placing four small purse bag full of qeros on the counter and saying, "This came from the bandits I killed ." As he gaped at the qeros, Robb's mind went blank and his face turned pale. 'When did he grab all this?' wondered Amaria, Elex, Dove, and Teresa. "You said you killed...?" Amaria nudged Ammon's arm as she chuckled awkwardly as Robb stuttered. "I'm well aware of his capabilities, Lady Amaria," Robb said as he adjusted the rim of his glasses on his nose.

The man before me stands around 6'2", and is grossly overweight with his stomach peeking out of the bottom of his grease-stained olive green shirt, and judging by the smell and look of his teeth, he could use a few lessons in proper hygiene. Once he's finished taking me in, his demeanor changes. He stands up straighter, pulling his shoulders back, and then tries sucking his gut in. "Something that I can help you with boy?" He asks, his voice now carrying a flirty edge to it, which causes disgust to rip through my entire body at the human that Amaris and Axel were placed with. "Sir," I say with a nod, "I'm looking for Amaris Redding. Is she here?" At the mention of her name, his eyes narrow a

Aramis was still somewhere around the mansion so I guess she was just trying to be cautious. I cleared the table and washed the dishes. In few minutes I was done and I made to walk out of the kitchen when Aramis strolled into it looking so sweaty and I paused at once and I saw him walk towards the fridge to grab a bottle of chilled water. There was something up with the way he walked, he acted angry as he slammed the fridge close after taking out the water, he seemed unsettled and drenched in sweat.

I was slightly ashamed because everybody on my way to the dining room stared at me like they had heard us having sex. “Gorgeous!” Aramis commented while smiling at his food. I know the compliment was for me just like the others too noticed. We started having breakfast and I couldn’t help but try to make eye contact with Morgana. I was waiting for her to tell him that she cannot marry him because she had found a mate yet she never did that. “Don’t take it off, I will do it myself tonight,” As Aramis finished breakfast, he got up to leave for work but before that, he bent over my shoulder and whispered in my ear.

Aeryl frowned. “The woman from that day,” she continued slowly. “When you tore my clothes.” For one brief second.... something passed across Aramisius’ face. Not fear but something dangerously close to alarm. Aeryl noticed immediately. Her eyes narrowed. “Oh, have you forgotten?” Aramisius’ expression flattened again instantly. He clenched his jaw. “You imagined things.” “No, I didn’t.” “You were distressed.” “She spoke to me. I forgot for a moment. I also thought she was a princess.... She.... she clothed me.”
