I responded, but my eyes were still looking through the car window. "Namjachingu isseo? (Do you have a boyfriend?)"she asked again. I understood what she meant to say because I've been studying the Korean language for about six months already. "Eopseo eomma. (I don't have, mom)" I responded. "Wae? (why) Joh-ahaneun sarami eopseo? (Don't you have someone you like?)" she asked again, trying to tease me. "Ajig nae ma-eumsog-eneun eobs-eo, eomma (not yet in my mind, mom.)"

“Are you okay?” “Yes I am.”
