"I know, but Damon…" My mother had suddenly appeared at the door, attracted by the brewing noise; her eyes had grown wide as she spotted Damon and Cassandra half-naked. "What is the meaning of this, Damon? Annie, why are you sobbing?" Cassandra seized the opportunity. She pointed at the pizza I mistakenly spilled on the floor. "Look, Mrs. Scarlett! Your ‘precious’ daughter tried to sneak in and attack Damon! She's trying to get obsessed with him! She doesn't want to accept that the Alpha already chose me. Your daughter keeps doing crazy things even when I'm the true Luna. I have been waiting for this poor thing of yours to leave him for me!"

⤝⧫⤞ I am brought out of my trance when my phone rings for the fourth time, “Again Ketzia! You need to focus!” Ariadne snaps her fingers in front of my face as I turn to meet her frustrated gaze. Ariadne is the witch queen and is training me to use my powers, she has bright white hair with purple eyes, she stands tall with a small figure. She has a dark complexion which matches well with her hair, she has the softest of facial features which can easily turn into one you don't want to mess with. “I'm sorry Ariadne, it's my father. He has been calling non stop these past couple of days.”

The screen then disappeared. "God damn it! You messed with the granddaughter of Helios, the god of sun!” exclaimed Ariadne. In just a fraction of a second, Ariadne drew her sword at Leon. With his sword, Leon managed to repel Ariadne's attack. Claire attacked Ariadne with her sword, but Ariadne managed to block it with a flick of a hand. Claire's sword fell heavily to the ground. The woman then grabbed Claire's neck and then with one hand lifted it upwards so that Claire's feet floated several centimeters off the ground.

*((FLASHBACK))* The previous day. Ariadne worked until late in her office. When she left her office, almost all of the employees had already gone home. She walked straight towards the exit. Her driver was on leave. She could've called the driver, but she didn't want to ruin his leave, so she took a cab to her office in the morning. She would take a cab to return home as well. When she was on the ground floor, she heard something. She looked towards the parking lot, where the noise was coming from. She assumed it was a guard.
