Artemis Mythology Novels & Stories

I slowly approached the glass cabinet as my eyes traced the outline of the equipment, and suddenly, my heart pounded—not in excitement, but in familiarity. “Holy shit. That’s Artemis’ bow! I did not expect that it would be located in the basement of the Evening Shadow!” Artemis’ bow? Artemis. . . is one of the triple goddesses. Is this the reason why looking at the bow feels familiar? It was as if it was calling me.

“You are right, Clara! The constellation Orion was inspired from Orion, a hunter in Greek mythology. They say Orion was the only lover of Artemis, the Greek Goddess of the hunt. Artemis had a distaste for men, except Orion. Only Orion was accidentally killed by her.” “What? That sounds quite tragic,” I told him. I might not be a fan of mythology gods, mostly because I do not believe it is true but it sounds to me that Artemis, the Greek Goddess of the hunt has quite a sad story. “Yes. I can not imagine being able to love someone then accidentally doing something bad to them,” Gavin said as he looked at me.

However now…this forbidden man turned out to be her Goddess chosen mate. She had more right to his loyalty and love than Yusria. No, she was the only one who had a right to his loyalty, his love, his affection, so how could she accept him rejecting her? Their bond was blessed by the Moon Goddess herself. This meant that only her soul would ever be able to complete Maximillian Adonis’s soul, and only his soul would ever be able to complete hers. The Moon Goddess made them especially for each other. By this thought alone, what did Yusria amount to? She was the one coveting Selena's man, stealing what should've rightfully been hers!

She gently runs her fingers over Gillian’s fur and Aisling surprises me by lifting her neck in submission. ‘Mother.’ ‘You’re the Moon Goddess?” I ask. “Yes. I am Selene.” “Am I dead?” “No, but I might have terrified your mate a bit by bringing you here when I did. I apologize for interrupting your marking, but I made a deal with your mother. And unfortunately, the only way to bring you here and not cause pain to your mates was to disconnect your mate bond completely. But I promise, when you return, it will be fully functional again.”

My brother and I have a hunting accident. Artemis's curse strikes me.It incinerates my heart from the inside—I need an healing ritual. But my mother, the high priestess of Artemis's temple, summons every available healer… to my brother's chamber. He only has a few scratches, yet she orders a full ritual examination for him while I lie there hollow on the sacrificial stone. I beg her to help me, but she snaps, visibly annoyed, "Can't you stop vying for my attention for once? Your brother almost damaged a sacred bone!" In the end, I die on the altar. But after the news of my death spreads, my mother, who has always despised me, completely loses her mind.

He was right, I had to be strong because if I get weak I wouldn't be able to have my revenge on those five monsters. I gulped down the whole soup and he smiled lightly. "T-thank you". I muttered and he nodded. "What's your name little one?". He asked. "My name is Amphitrite". I whispered hoarsely. "Your name is very unusual. Who gave you that name?". He asked curiously. "My mommy and daddy gave it to me". I mumbled. "What does it mean?". He asked curiously. "Queen of the sea". I replied hoarsely.

Professor Damaris also said that every Summoner has a spirit animal who can protect and guide them. The Healing Caste is the sixth caste in the Olympus wherein people like Dr. Foster have the ability to heal and revive someone from death. If not so, others from this caste can create different kinds of potions—good potions to be exact. Professor Damaris didn’t elaborate on it because she said that I’m able to know it soon.

Any woman would kill for his attention. 'Just let me die! He's so beautiful.. God spent a century creating this fine piece.' Even the males couldn't help appreciate this beautiful Man. Giselle was not left out, in other to gain more face in her party she hurrily fix her looks and headed towards the demi god standing in the middle of a few elites of the city. "Ehm...excuse me Gentlemen, is everyone having a great time?" Giselle's playful voice got their attention.. She received warm smiles from them but she obviously got eyes for bigger fishes.

She announces with such great authority laced into her voice, that no creature could dare disobey such a command. Usually the nurses would refuse, perhaps even laugh at the ridiculous suggestion, with the baby only being a minute old, but the mother is no normal being. She is Artemis, Goddess of the Moon. Manipulating a human's mind is as easy as slicing a sharp knife through hot butter for her. In moments, the nurses and the baby's father have vacated the room, allowing her to be at peace with the bundle of joy cocooned in her arms. With dread, Artemis tries not to ponder on the fact that she soon has to leave. Three years.

I suppose the blue jewel has been the eye of many art thieves. The said statues were commissioned by a Greek-Italian sculptor who passed away just last year according to the label I am reading. I walked up to the left and the entity is very familiar to me. The Goddess’ bow and arrow points to where Tyler and Jason just vanished. “Artemis, the virgin Goddess of the Moon. Twin to Apollo.” Just like Selene’s crown, a sapphire also adorned the Maiden’s head. This time, it’s shaped like a waxing moon.
