Blind Alpha And His Unwanted Mate

Blind Alpha And His Unwanted Mate

Atlas slips his hand into the pocket, and raise his shoulder in a slight shrug, "Never become a slave to your emotions, but use them as a weapon." Atlas gives me a long look, his hand still resting on my shoulder. There’s something measured in his gaze as if he’s weighing his words before speaking. “I’m impressed,” he says finally, his voice calm but firm. “The way you handled everything inside—” he pauses for a moment, his head tilting slightly—“it didn’t go as we planned; in fact, it turned better than we had hoped for. Inside there things were tough, but you still managed to turn it in our favor.”

the alpha is supposed to be blind, it’s the whole premise of the book, yet the author constantly describes him as “seeing” people’s blood shot eyes, watching people walk away, looking at himself. it’s sloppy, bad writing. i don’t recommend the “sometimes not quite blind alpha”
Sirena Mares
Interesting characters. Interesting werewolf lore. I just hope the author never "cures" the blind alpha as he actually is mostly capable anyway. The FL goes through quite the character development, and that's putting it mildly. The quality of the narration and writing itself is publish-worthy.

The Heart Of Ice Alpha

The Heart Of Ice Alpha

It just couldn’t get out that I hadn’t found my wolf yet. “We will not be shifting today, just going over the basics in human form,” Atlas announced to the class, looking at me all the while. There was something in his gaze that confused me. He was smirking at me charmingly, like he was doing this for me on purpose. The relief I felt overshadowed the confusion though.

The Moon's Dark Embrace

The Moon's Dark Embrace

“I have no idea.” Out of the corner of my eye, I spot Atlas, who’s standing a ways away from the rest of the group, seething. His muscular shoulders are hunched, his arms crossed tensely over his chest as he stares down at the body with fire in his eyes. Fire… and pain. Addison hurries over to him, placing a hand on his arm, and amidst the chatter, I overhear her murmur, “It’s all right.” Atlas shakes her hand off. “What about any of this is ‘all right,’ Addison?” he growls, and without another word, he turns and stalks off in the direction of the forest.

To the Bone

To the Bone

Chapter 3: The Home That Calls You Back The next time Atlas sees Nova, she’s not at the graveyard. She’s sitting on the church steps, notebook closed for once, her eyes watching nothing in particular. He almost walks past her, but something in her posture—the way her shoulders are set like she’s waiting for a storm—makes him stop. "You avoiding the graves today?" he asks. Nova looks up, her mouth curving into half a smile. "Even ghosts need new scenery."

THE SECRET BEAR DADDY

THE SECRET BEAR DADDY

How could she not let it bother her when she had no one to talk to about it? ATLAS Patrolling the forest with Jarrod and Pauley, Atlas walked among them, but he wasn’t mentally present. His mind was elsewhere, still stewing over the meeting with the council. He was livid that they had denied him so quickly without even giving it a thought. He had hoped they would’ve at least been open-minded. "Oy," Jarrod broke the silence, poking him with a stick. "You're grouchy today." Pauley snorted, shaking his head. "Good call on poking the man. The irony isn't lost."

My Step-Brother, My Bully

My Step-Brother, My Bully

I regret it a little. I picked up my book and moved closer to Atlas, resting my head on his shoulder. "Then I will be very hopeful today." The blowing wind brought Atlas' body fragrance and swirled around. I liked the scent that was thinly drifting up to my nostrils. I don't know what Atlas' face looks like right now, but I feel his touch on my head warmly. I enjoyed my time in that position for quite a while until I finished my book. Then Atlas takes turns leaning against me as the clouds begin to darken.

The Scorned Heiress' Revenge

The Scorned Heiress' Revenge

He hated her to the extent he wants her gone– dead! All of a sudden, Atlas laughed out loud and said, ‘This move is so stupid but managed to win. Congratulations, Sebastian, but I doubt you’d be able to get the mastermind to love you back.” With a smile on his lips, he glanced at Celina, snorted and left the sitting room. The people didn’t understand what Atlas meant by his words, but even though they did, no one cared. All that mattered to them was their successful collaboration with the Clintons.

Dethroning The CEO

Dethroning The CEO

Atlas grinned to himself, shook his head to get rid of the thoughts and entered the elevator. The moment Atlas left the building, he already forgot the existence of that woman. To him, she's just one of his many one night stands. She won't be the last and certainly, the odds of them meeting again is fairly low. Atlas just came here for a business meeting. Tomorrow, he's back in his country and probably won't set foot here again. *** Cassandra squirmed in her seat, if she could melt the seat in front of her with her glares, she probably already destroyed it. Once she arrives at the godforsaken place, she will wreak havoc on whoever bought her the ticket.

Rejected by My Mate, Desired by His Enemy

Deeper. Atlas slid off the chair. She walked around the table quietly until she stood beside Iris. Then she climbed directly into her lap without asking. Still small enough for it. Barely. Iris wrapped an arm around her automatically. Atlas rested her cheek against Iris’s shoulder. “If it was hurt that badly,” she whispered, “then someone should at least talk to it before they decide what happens to it.” Donovan stared at the dark window for a long moment. Lightning flashed silver across the glass.

Spike Your Way into Love

Spike Your Way into Love

Gods I'm going crazy. I watched Atlas go back to looking for a shirt. I just awkwardly stood there, fixed to my spot. "It's a double XL" Atlas said, making me look up at him. He looked up from what he was doing and met my eyes. "My size" I nodded and stumbled across the room, trying to find a shirt for him and also ignore the immense awkwardness that was blanketing the entire room. Oh goddess...
