I laughed at her. “He’s annoying me, wanting to see the kit,” she said. “Wait, let’s do a video call. I want to see the cute monkeys.” She ended the call, and a few seconds later, she did a video call. “Woah! You’re in paradise, Angela!” She exclaimed, seeing the roses behind me. “More like a gateway to hell, Anya,” I smirked and turned my camera to my children. I had to zoom the camera so she would see them.

His tone changed to disbelief, questioning her statement. He unconsciously pouted. "I couldn't be happy to meet her?" It was like a grunt. And he responded with laughter. Anna could hear it clearly through her phone. "You're laughing again," she pointed out, the annoyance showing not only on her lips but all over her face. "Really, what made you do that?
