I go to her walk-in closet picking out an oversized, white sweatshirt with beige sweats and some undergarments. I make my way towards the guys telling them to wait in the living room. As soon as they leave I strip Lia out of her clothes, changing them. I turn on the heater putting the comfort on top of her, turning off the lights and leaving the room. I enter the living room downstairs, to see all the guys sitting on the couch, using their phones. Suddenly I hear the bell ring and look towards the guys to see them looking at the door in alert. They all take out their guns getting ready to shoot.

Or some other bad guy? I quickened my pace, eager to get home as fast as possible. I rented a unit in an old residential complex in a relatively remote area. Several of the hallway lights on different floors were broken, leaving large sections in darkness. I chose this place because it was cheap. I had just started working, and neither Eugene nor I had much money, so we tried to save wherever we could. Most of the residents here were elderly people who went to bed early. Dad placed the Barbie doll on the coffee table, right beside the cracked old one.

There’s no more home security,” Jael replied. “At least we agree,” Finn said. “How are you doing, Cuz?” Jael asked him. “I’m great, and you?” “Well since I found your hundred year old scotch, I’m feeling pretty good,” Jael said, with an impish smile on his face as he held up the expensive bottle, which had considerably less liquid in it.
