“I’ll go get it,” Noel volunteered, pushing himself up. “I’m craving some food too.”
As he made his way to the door, he turned back. “Anything else you two want?”
Aria lifted a hand, blowing him a kiss. “Yes... bring me a margarita, cold.”
Noel chuckled, nodding. “Got it.”
The beach bar was alive with energy. Lanterns cast a warm glow over the wooden deck, and the sound of a distant saxophone melded with the murmur of conversations and clinking glasses. The bartender, a burly man with a friendly smile, nodded in acknowledgment as Noel approached.
