"What are you doing?" Chelsea gritted her teeth. Russell had just entered the store and caught sight of the scene; his face immediately darkened, but he was too late to stop it. The coffee splashed onto Chelsea’s chin and neck in an instant, dripping down her cheeks and staining her white shirt with brown splotches. It was early summer, already warm enough for thin clothes— the coffee soaked through the fabric quickly, clinging to her body and even revealing the outline of her underwear beneath.

In the photos, they were a mess, all five of them shivering in the snow with their bags and broken furniture scattered around.
