Little girl's wild side

Little girl's wild side

all alone. And then the city came alive slowly. The street lights went out and were replaced by sunlight. The coldness of the night received and warmth spread. The girl leaned back and unzipped her jacket. She had a cropped tank top underneath her jacket. The girl observed keenly as each leaf came alive, as each bird came awake. And slowly even the skies came alive. That seems to excite her for some reason. The avid calm observant student was gone. A small kid given a cup of ice cream replaced it.

Nanny For The Alpha's Lost Twins

Nanny For The Alpha's Lost Twins

The Little Mermaid popped out at me, as did The Emperor's New Clothes, but I thought maybe a story that people are foolish in public wouldn’t be the best choice. Then I looked around some more and picked up Floca’s Moonshot: The Flight of Apollo 11, Lewis’s The Wolf, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, and Dahl’s Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and a few others. I paused at the Harry Potter series, but while the girls were old enough, being werewolves, for the story, I knew the sizes of the books would put them off. Next year, I thought. They’d have handled textbooks by then and wouldn’t be so rapidly opposed to books an inch thick or more.

Become a mother in one night

Become a mother in one night

The little girl said nothing, feigning death. While kids may not understand the concept of "leading questions," clever ones surely know the importance of playing it safe. Sometimes, silence is the best policy. In the afternoon, once Lizzy woke from her nap, Michelle took her to a bookstore, intending to buy some fairy tales for her. However, Lizzy had her own ideas. She felt too grown up for such childish fairy tales. After all, she wasn't three anymore; she was a whole four years old now. The four-year-old picked out several coloring and drawing books and even selected a new set of colored crayons. She then turned her puppy eyes on Michelle, wanting to buy them.

My Best Friend’s Girl

My Best Friend’s Girl

When I nod, she falls silent for a while before she speaks again. "Well, I was going to say if she’s the one I’m losing you to, then I’m okay with that." "What?" She smiles proudly as she explains. "Brynn. She’s iconic. She’s the IT girl of the season, and I think she’s easily the prettiest girl in town." That makes two of us. Her next words follow shyly. "I kind of… kind of look up to her. I like her really, like a lot. Her style, her principle, her demeanor. I just like the way she is."

Hi author. I'm so glad to see you are coming back with a new book. Welcome back. I'm sure this book will be as great as your other books. Is there any chance you continue to finish Crave and My stepbrother please. We all have been patiently waiting you could continue to write the book till the end.
Zillo
Such a good story I like how it’s starting with the Males POV because with most books we usually just get the females POV and I’m always wondering what the male is thinking feeling etc we get like a couple of chapters with the POV but it’s not enough so I love that the author has more of the Males.

Watch Me Destroy You, My Ex-husband.

Watch Me Destroy You, My Ex-husband.

She's wearing jeans and a casual blouse, her hair pulled back in a ponytail, and she's carrying two iced coffees. "You're a goddess," I tell her, taking one of the coffees gratefully. "I know. It's a burden I carry gracefully." She bends down to Mia's level. "And how's my favorite girl today?" "Good! Mom's letting me pick out two books." "Two? Wow, it must be a special day." We spend almost an hour in the bookstore. Mia carefully considers every option in the children's section, reading back covers and first pages with the kind of serious concentration that makes me smile. She finally settles on a fantasy novel about a girl who discovers she has magical powers and a book about space explorat

The Scholarship Girl

The Scholarship Girl

"It's a school for the elites, Maya. I'm not going there because I'm an elite-I'm going because I won a scholarship. You know how these rich kids behave. They bully people who aren't of the same class." "Now I'm gonna stop you there. You think you're not worthy to be a student of St. Jude simply because your parents aren't rich and influential? Girl, I don't know where all this is coming from, but you've never been one to be ashamed of where you're from or your parents' status. Your parents provide for you. Y'all are comfortable. You don't have to be elite to feel worthy of something. So you're going to get rid of that feeling and put on your armor of confidence, 'cause you're 'That Girl' an

My Husband Wants Me Dead

My Husband Wants Me Dead

“This is my favorite book.” Esther sat on the small chair and read Tinkerbell’s favorite book with her. The book was about a brave girl catching a star after going through many challenges. Rather than Esther reading with Tinkerbell, it was more like Tinkerbell was keeping Esther company while she read. Tinkerbell talked about the book seriously, and her bright eyes looked like the whole universe was in them. Esther was comforted by the fact that Tinkerbell had grown up so well and behaved despite her not being around. However, her heart ached that the little girl had to be in pain from the illness at this young age.

The Rejected Lunas

The Rejected Lunas

The little girl states with a sly smile, her words keeping me far away from those books now. "I haven't thanked you for saving the children Alice and Blake. As I'm sure you've noticed, Alice has a gift. The truth is I intervened when she was born. She should have died.” The girl changes the topic, her body nearly tripping over a stack of nameless books before I pull her into mine, and I look her over for any injuries.

The Bad Girl’s Boy

The Bad Girl’s Boy

Everyone else was forbidden from stepping their feets into his room which was more like a mini apartment inside the house. Every other maid who had tried to play smart was sent packing without a blink and here was another mermaid who thought he could play smart. Caleb had seen how the girl stared jealousy at the room decor and at them as she dropped the tray of food. He or rather, they had seen too many of them. “I’m sorry, I’m really sorry. I really didn't know of the rules yet” the girl muttered trying to make her voice sound as pitiful and coquettish as possible. The third boy in the room rubbed his ears with a frown on his face.
