This is the beginning of the third and last book in the Beauty series. This is Kimmy's story, but all of our favorites will of course be there, as well as some new characters. Some loveable and others.. well... not so much. she trails off Alexander holds a hand up to her silencing her, he stands up and shakes his head “So you are telling me the girl I am in love with is going……..” He stops talking and I see the furious look on Kayla’s face “You WHAT!!!! she screamed at him I had to agree with her she was mated to him and he had just admitted he was in love with my mate. Kayla throws the book at him and storms out the room and Alexander chases after. There was so much I wanted to say to him but he had enough problems on his plate. Picking up the book and flicking through, there are pages on vampires, werewolves, witches even hunters and there was a whole section on Alpha-Lunas separate from the werewolf section.

Solana stared at it and sighed. “I think they are trying to steal our compass,” she said. “But they can’t get back with ours. It’s against the rules,” I pointed out. “We have to know what’s going on.” Solana nodded and we walked towards the men. One of them was holding the crystal, the scarlet light from the gem glowing against his face. He was blonde and didn’t look older than nineteen. I guessed bi to be the beta. There was another man standing beside him staring at the crystal. He had jet black hair which was soiled with gray hairs. He was the Alpha.

insisted Lord Lucifus. Alpha Dior thought about what Lord Lucifus said and felt it was true. "I think he is telling the truth," said Alpha Dior seriously. "How can you say that?" asked Crema. "I am an Alpha. I also have the ability to read the mind and movements of a wolf," I answered. "Impossible. Only your mate can read," said Crema in disbelief. "Believe he is telling the truth," insisted Alpha Dior. "Can you prove to us that you are telling the truth?" asked Alpha Dior.

"Well, I'm not surprised,” I comment, taking the notice and looking down at it. “Elseway they can’t claim me dead and appoint a new Alpha … This is funny,” Fire Moon looks confused. “What?” "This…,” I point to the drawing of me, which is situated underneath a headline reading: MISSING Alpha, “Our Beta drew this.” “Your beta?” She asks. Cana growls angrily.

There were so many bookcases inside the room, and it was filled with books which means the Alpha is a reader type. ‘But it's dusty, I wonder if he last read it during his teenage years,’ she mused, walking toward the bookcase, observing the books. Most of the books are just about business, and science quantum. The only fiction books are just some Shakespeare books like Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet…and… Wait, is that twilight over there? ‘He’s reading twilight?’ the Omega muttered as she picked it. Feeling amazed that the Alpha will read something like this, especially knowing that most wolves hate vampires for its history.

We’re going to pretend he’s reading the phonebook or something, and it’s going to be fine. “Chapter Twenty-Two,” Beau reads. “The Luna Lost In The Arms of An Experienced Alpha Lover.” Oh Gods, he definitely picked this chapter on purpose. He’s the most experienced lover there is! But, no. It won’t matter. I will not let him affect me. “’We’d be more comfortable naked,’ the Alpha says.” I snort a laugh as I peek out from under the blankets. “There’s no way that it actually says that.” He turns the page toward me. “It’s right here.” He turns it away before I can read it. “You laugh, but you’d be amazed how often that line works.”

I fold my arms and lean against the desk. “A beta’s job is to be a buffer between the alpha and others. Beta is an alpha’s right-hand, confidant, and sort of bodyguard. Whatever business that an alpha engages in, a beta takes a look at it first.” I watch Aysel keenly as her gaze lowers for a moment. She is thinking. I can hear her quickened heartbeat.
