I don’t know how she’ll react, if she’ll go back to him, what she could reveal about the Eclipse pack… And–most devastating of all–I don’t want to lose her. “Beta Brooks!” I call out, scanning the battlefield for my Beta. He sprints towards me, battered and bloodied from combat but clearly victorious in any battle he’s engaged in. “Yes, Alpha?”

Gabriel adds as Rupert shakes his hand, renouncing his title in the process. “Caden Allsop, do you vow to protect and serve the Silvermoon Brook pack to the best of your capability and take up the role of beta?” Caleb asks, and he nods before Caleb slices his hand before he slicing Caden’s. They shake and our first beta is initiated into the pack.

I saw the look on Scott’s face turn from fear to something else as Nate whispered something in his ears, and he nodded as he headed towards the first man. “The fight may begin.” Beta Stephens said and before he could even move a finger, he felt a big punch hit him in the chin, sending him flying backward. He was still for a long time. “Is he dead?”

Damon’s son Alexander is the Beta of Madonie but won’t be joining them as he was called back for an emergency.” Finn outlined. “A female Beta? Don’t you mean her mate is the Beta?” Henrick asked. “No, that’s not what we mean. Beta Zoe is the Beta and is unmated. Many packs are progressive enough to have females in the pack’s primary rank.” Finn groaned.
