After she read her course handouts for the latest review and refresher, Nancy makes an educated guess about the duration of the Bar Exam preparation date. "Oh my Dear Lord, guide me where You wanted me to go, for it may be based on my ideas, which may be in accordance with Your beautiful plan, as I recollect what You instructed us, which states, “Because I am aware of my purposes for you, declares the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, plans to give you hope and a future," Nancy recalls what the Bible says as she prays, “Because I take great pleasure in You, Lord, and all Your works, please bless me now and for the rest of my life. I believe in Your promises.”

This makes it difficult for me to breathe, so I heave out a sigh. “Don't worry; before two weeks, I'll lose all of these,” I tell myself with a grin. After closing my Bible, I pen the last question I have and then shut my journal. Before I left home, the Head-pastor and I talked about a few specific things I could do when less busy. These things are habits that are very necessary to aid my growth into a better person. These include reading my Bible and journaling my thoughts and findings: at the end of the week, I discuss these things over the phone or on WhatsApp with him.
