All of a sudden he fell down from his horse with a force,he glance up and saw the mist towering in front of him then it backed away and move deeper into the woods,Adir sigh in relief but froze when he saw a figure in the mist,he blink the mist stop as the figure waited and turn back. Adir swallow repeatedly and furiously trying to clutch onto a feeling of life but everywhere and everything was too cold to breath in, Adir recognized the figure as a woman,as Karen,the person was only slightly taller and the hairs are all black,the eyes are pure green and her lips her painted black which made her look like someone who just kissed the devil,her skins are pale.

The first flashbulb felt like a blow against Maya’s face. The light was white and blinding, burning through the dim, heavy atmosphere of the banquet hall and leaving a dark purple smear across her vision. Then came the second. Then a dozen more, firing in a chaotic, overlapping rhythm that turned the elevated dais into a stage under siege.

"Local PD is on Victor’s payroll. You step onto the street, you’re in a trunk in sixty seconds. The docks. Slip 44. There’s a boat." Glass crunched. Close. "Two shooters," Lina breathed. "Flanking." "THEY’RE CHARGING THE PULSE!" The peace of the Black-Glass Flats shattered as the first beam of Directorate energy hit the obsidian ground, turning the dark mirror into a sea of white-hot fire.

~AARON~ The digital clock on my desk blinks 11:48 PM in bright blue numbers. My small apartment is a disaster area. Financial spreadsheets cover the coffee table, my dual monitor setup casts a cold white glow across the dark room, and three empty espresso mugs sit dangerously close to my keyboard. Outside, the city skyline twinkles through the rain-streaked glass. My heart is pounding against my chest like I've just finished a three-mile sprint. My fingers tremble so hard I almost drop my phone twice trying to hit his contact.

The shift was immediately a wall slamming down, his muscles going tense under Alessio’s hands. “I told you,” he said. “It was nothing.” “You don’t black out from nothing.” “Well, maybe I do. (Flashback) I was driving home, the city lights blurring into indistinct streaks of gray, my thoughts consumed by the complexities of a pending merger. My eyes widened in shock, knowing who had sent that message. It was the Black Spot. It was them, and they had come back o fufil their purpose. Just when I decided to have a moment of happiness with Aurora, with my family, they came to ruin everything.

I could feel the train’s presence now, a massive, onrushing shape that my eyes refused to track because I refused to give them permission. For a fraction of a second, someone’s resolve cracked. One of the nameless players behind us cursed and spun, unable to help themselves. I didn’t see his face. I saw the **flash**. A streak of neon static in my peripheral vision, a human shape outlined in white and pink and electric blue, then shredding into pixels—pulled backward and away like a bad frame on a glitching screen. There was no body. No sound. Just a flicker, and then absence.
