Lights filled the dark place in no time, and I can now see clearly what's happening around me. My eyes widened in alarm when I saw a white wolf fighting five black wolves at once. And I know right there that it's my brother. He is the only one left standing among our group! What am I going to do? What tricks do I have left? My brother is outnumbered and has blood all over him. Rory's POV I had seemingly underestimated the Warren brothers, after taunting them to the point they wanted to spill my blood, I had shifted and launched my attack at them. They were strong, more than I remembered. But the last time we fought was many years ago back when we were younger. Enough time had passed for the brothers to build up their strength. The younger brother had caught me first, swiftly making his attack as I tried to dodge his fierce jaws which came at me, but I failed. My blood still boiled from the confrontation in my father’s study. Victor’s threats echoed like a death knell— send her away—and Julian’s smug face haunted every shadow. There was too much going on in my head and by the time I was done wearing my shirt, I found Martin and his brother up against each other's throat, fucking fighting and growling.
