The Queen's Heir

The Queen's Heir

he said, opening the box to reveal a collection of carefully crafted tools—small hammers, chisels, and carving knives, each one perfectly sized for young hands. "They're made from mortal steel blended with a touch of divine metal to make them strong but not overwhelming. I want every student to have the chance to work with their hands, to create something tangible with their own effort." He ran his fingers over the tools with obvious pride. "I've also been working with mortal blacksmiths to develop new techniques that use less fuel and produce less waste," he continued. "They've been teaching me about working with local materials, while I've been sharing what I know about shaping metal to ho

SINFUL DESIRES

SINFUL DESIRES

Hawthorne talked about a residency in Portugal that had changed how they thought about scale. Circe talked about the year she had apprenticed with a master glassblower in Venice, sixteen hours a day, her hands burned and calloused and certain by the end. Bellona talked less about herself than either of them and was asked more questions because of it. “Why blacksmithing?” Circe said, one night. Bellona was cleaning a tool at the worktable. “My grandfather had a shop. I went there every summer.” She looked at the tool. “There was something about the iron being one thing and then being another thing and the hammer being the reason. I wanted to be the reason.”

Single Dad's Surrogate

Single Dad's Surrogate

It was only an illusion that there was actually a giant building there. However, what laid before them was not an illusion. On both sides, as far as she could see, were little shops. It looked like a town from the middle ages. To their right, was a blacksmith's shop. A man with a gray beard and a black apron was busy clanging away on what appeared to be a sword. He'd just pulled the piece of metal out of the fire and had it laid against a giant anvil. It was red hot and sparked with each strike of his hammer.

Reclaimed by My Alpha

Reclaimed by My Alpha(Reclaimed by My Ruthless Alpha)

Sitting around the house all day thinking about Andrei facing down rogues would drive me insane, and that wasn’t going to be helpful for anyone. “I need to get my ring resized,” I said, twisting the loose band around my finger. “Maybe I’ll go into town today.” “Good idea. I’ll watch the twins.” After breakfast, I made the walk into the village that sat just outside the estate grounds. The metalsmith’s shop was located on the main street, identifiable by the sound of hammering that echoed from within. A bell tinkled pleasantly overhead when I pushed open the door. The shop was filled with the smell of hot metal and coal smoke, and various weapons and tools hung from the walls. Behind the coun

Obsidian Eyes
I really enjoy this novel and hope to see more, as it’s been 2 months. I miss the original cover and how it reflected the FL’s strength and leadership. The new cover suggests a very different kind of story. Please bring back original cover, or hope future artwork better reflects the story.

I love this story! 594 chapters in and I still find myself captivated by it. The characters, the world building and the evolving nature of everything is so fascinating. I’d love to see what happens next, and I really hope this continues!

she felt so much offended by the choice of the crowd and planning to order now But before she shouts, a man from the building showed himself, wearing black Sando, black tattered slacks and coat, wrap around his waist; wielding a head size hammer. The man spoke and with his threatening words made everyone feels suffocated. “try to pull your trigger and every one of you will die”. wearing his usual smile sarcastically. The man was their only blacksmith. The creator of their weapons! PHIL!

— declared the red-haired blacksmith. — You'll have more time to work for us! You stay here until breakfast, don't you? — asks the skinny long-bearded blacksmith whom I give the coal bag. — I will do my best to help! —I answer and give the gray-haired blacksmith the copper bag. — With men missing, even half a man already helps! — He answers. I now had my anvil and hammer. My task was just to put pieces together and heat the metals, but I have to admit that a blacksmith's job is very cool! Turning the iron rod into a sword or shield is difficult and tiring, but cool.

The story is incredible for any fan of fantasy and adventure. The begin is a little slow but if you be patience you will be rewarded! A story that recalls many famous fantasies and of course books, fairy tales.

Dragon Prince's Heart

Dragon Prince's Heart

replied King Ruven Omanelis. “Thank you, King Ruven,” Edmund replied with a respectful nod, then he headed off towards the Blacksmith Workshop, which was located not far from the lake containing the dragon potions. *** Bowen was checking the quality of the weapons made by the dwarves and elves at the Blacksmith Workshop he led. Bowen had taught most of his weapons and armor forging techniques to the assisting dwarves and elves. Of course, Bowen kept track of everyone's work and checked each and everyone's quality of each weapon.

This is my first time reading a fantasy story, and I love it. the narrative really brings the reader into the story. Ah, I'm annoyed at Draco who is a little arrogant (sorry) and sorry for Astrid who is willing to be pursued in order to help Draco. why should he be fascinated by a black dragon like

Geez, Sis. I cried. Why did Albus so cruel to separate Astrid and Draco? At first, I burst out laughing because I read that a dragon can drink beer, but after a while, my tears flowed without me realizing it. Well, It turns out that Astrid had fallen in love with the black dragon. Poor Astrid. Why?

The Rip

“Then give them yourself.” For a beat, the room held its breath with them. Andrew broke first, turning away with a curse. “Do what he said,” he snapped at Pal, then stomped off to bully a phone. Susan touched Gabe’s sleeve. “Workshop?” He blinked. “What?” “You said you did metal. You still have a forge?” Gabe thought of the shed behind the shack, the half-melted crucibles and the makeshift burner, the racks of scrap he’d hammered into grief. “Yeah,” he said. “Why?”

Accidentally Fell For My Ex's Uncle. The Dark Alpha

"We still have Draven's chains. The ones he broke." "Three of them," Sable said. "We forge better ones." Drift looked at Sable. "Not trade-weight. Something proper. Something built for what he is." He glanced at Nero. "There's a blacksmith at the south end of the settlement. Orren. He builds for the mountain hunters — heavier gauge than anything you'd find in market stock." He paused. "He can do it." Sable was quiet. "Sable," Drift said. "Think about what we're standing next to."

Found (Book #8 in the Vampire Journals)

She shivered and looked away. As they turned down another street, the entire block was filled with blacksmiths. Everywhere flew anvils and hammers, and the ping of metal rang throughout the street, each blacksmith seeming to echo the other. There were also clay pits with large flames roasting slabs of red-hot metal, on which they were forging horseshoes, swords, and all sorts of metal work. Caitlin noticed the faces of children, black with soot, sitting by their father’s sides, watching them work. She felt badly that the children worked at such a young age. Caitlin looked everywhere for a sign of Scarlet, of her Dad, of any clue of why they were here—but she found none.
