After laying the blanket, we were setting the other things when Blaze arrived. When I rose to my full height and glanced at him, I felt what I was about to say getting stuck in my throat. Blaze was dressed in a black sleeveless jersey, and his slim biceps looked quite nice in the moonlight. He also had on a pair of dark jeans which fitted him like a glove. I’ve honestly not met anyone who wears a pair of skinny jeans this… perfectly. As expected, a smile was drawn out on his face as he drew closer. I glanced at Molly who also had a smile of hers on.

"I want you to meet our new Beta, Gideon. He's going to help run some training drills today." I extended my hand to the new Beta, smiling, "It's nice to meet you, Beta Gideon." I said, and I meant it. Beta Gideon was nowhere as tall as Alpha Rhodes, but he was thick and stocky and clearly strong. He held a commanding presence, but his wide smile was reassuring and trustworthy. He had deep, espresso coloured skin and rich brown eyes, and his face was lined with age and laughter. I warmed to him immediately, grateful that not all of the new Alpha's pack was as frightening in stature as Jonas.

It was unbuttoned halfway down his chest, and a white hair scarf was tired loosely around his neck and left to hang upon his bare chest. He had black sunglasses covering his eyes that I always enjoyed seeing.
