I examined my face in the mirror and felt content. I picked the wine colored lipstick and smeared it on my lips, but on inspecting my face, I didn't like it, so I quickly wiped it off. I tried the peach red lipstick, it still wasn't giving me the look I wanted, I tried other red lipsticks - the blood red one, the faint red one, even the pink one, still none of them gave me that look I wanted, the look I didn't know but still yearned for, and not the red ones that kept making me look like The witch in the little mermaid movie.

Like today, my nails, hair, and makeup are impeccably done. -"You look amazing," I admit. My eyes have silver eyeshadow, dark mascara, and black eyeliner on the lower part. -"You can wear red or nude," Melody suggests, holding out two lipsticks for me to choose from. -"Um...red," I choose. What I love most is my hair. It's perfect, falling in soft waves over my shoulders. I lean over the chair, and Melody covers my lips with a vivid red lipstick. -"We're done!" Clear held up two options: a subtle rose or a deeper red. “The rose is safe, but the red… the red says bold, confident, irresistible. I vote red.”

“Exactly!” Rose snorts beside me. “Honestly, it’s a good look for you.” “Yeah? If you say so,” I grumble, but I can’t stop the small smirk pulling at my lips. Harlow is thrilled, absolutely glowing as she watches me get absolutely wrecked by the boldest colors in the shop. When they pull out a lipstick that looks like it was made from crushed-up rubies, I don’t even fight it. “Do I have to?” I ask, already knowing the answer.

I picked the nude stick heels and slowly wore it back to where I hanged the two dress and finally arrived to the decision and pick the tan dress that Hadrian had bought me and pair it with my tan shinning Louis Vuitton bag.
