We got to Bloomsville in ten minutes, and Todd drove us to the most beautiful, serene beach I had ever seen.
The beach was a private crescent of white sand, shielded by towering, wind-sculpted dunes. The last rays of the sun bled into the horizon, painting the sky in streaks of violet and tangerine.
