Ever.” Something about the intensity in his gaze made her glance away, flustered. “So what happens now?” she asked, changing the subject as she checked the time on her phone. “You said this was all warm up for your meeting.” “Yeah.” Asher leaned back, his expression settling into something calmer. “Meeting starts in about forty five minutes. I figured we’d take a breather, grab a drink inside, maybe relax a bit. I’m meeting them at the ninth hole.”

He looks like a romantic man yet deadly. "What is wrong with this? Besides, this is the only available polo in my closet. Everything is dirty and needed to wait until the maids done washing it, my date is 6pm and had no time waiting." "Wait, hold a second. Date? You never date, Gray! Then I directly go to check the morning footage from a few days ago. There was only footage from one month available so I couldn't watch more.

Subconsciously, Ash eyed him up, taking note of the dangerous-looking tattoos all over his arms and one side of his neck before he glared into the man's bright blue eyes. "Could you keep it down?" Ash spat out. The man in the doorway only raised an eyebrow in, clear, amusement as he stared down at the shorter of the two. "It's four in the morning." Ash continued, stating the obvious. The buff guy nodded and quickly apologised before painting a stupid grin on his face and closing the door as Ash began to walk away.

Haya received a call from her mother. He told her not to fail to remember the entire location of her pre-arranged rendezvous. A couple of days passed, and the day came on a Saturday, which was the day of his pre-arranged appointment. Whenever he woke up, it was past eight in the morning. She extended her body before taking a shower. At the point he came out of the restroom he saw that Asher wasn’t there. "Where did Asher go? Maybe he hit the ball one more time?"

Before he get to swing his club, Ash stands behind him and reaches through to hold his hands. "Hold the golf club like this, and give it a little upswing as you hit the ball. Try it." Ash lets go of Alex hands, which are now sweating profusely. Alex swing and he completely miss the ball! "You're cheating!" Alex frown at his bestfriend. Ash gives him a quizzical look. "How is that cheating, huh? I was even helping you!"

The black tee clung to his shoulders, one arm stretched over the backrest, jaw set, those blue eyes fixed on my screen like he planned to hypnotize it into behaving. The video-call icon spun. Then a tiny face popped up. Ash. His curls were still damp, cheeks flushed, shirt stamped with a dinosaur that looked like it had just lost an argument. Behind him, a stone room glowed with bright afternoon light. I glanced at the world clock in the corner of the screen: Bali 21:03. Rome 14:03. “So,” I lifted a brow at the camera, “you just showered at two in the afternoon?” Ash pouted. His pouts always went full telenovela, like he’d been rehearsing since the womb.

But Ash cleared his throat and flashed his four of a kind in her direction. Son of a bitch. They all had been hustled indeed. But Amber wasn’t a sore loser or anything though. “I suggest you all start stripping. You first Little Godwin. And I believe Amber said this game was double or nothing right?” Grayson didn’t move to take off his shirt. Instead, he took a sip of his liquor. “I guess it’s a good thing you’re wearing socks Ash. You always were a presumptuous ass.” Quiet had fallen across the room as the billionaire slowly laid down his hand, a straight flush. Ash was the first to laugh.
