The kind I’d never let myself have. I signaled for another shot. Before it arrived, a low voice spoke behind me. “You’re going to regret that fifth one.” I spun on the stool. It was him. Up close, he was even more devastating. Tall easily over six feet broad shoulders filling out the suit like it was tailored by God himself. His cologne hit me first: dark, expensive, something with smoke and leather and sin. His eyes weren’t black after all; they were deep midnight blue, flecked with gold when the light caught them.

She moved closer to Scarlett again, who backed up until she hit the counter. "Cologne," Sophie continued, her voice taking on the dreamy quality of someone lost in sensory memory. "Very expensive cologne. Something with bergamot and cedar, with base notes of sandalwood and just a whisper of tobacco. The kind of scent worn by men who understand that true luxury is in the details." Scarlett's face had gone from red to pale in the space of seconds.

I knocked lightly and walked in. “Babe,” I said, smiling as if my insides weren’t shaking. “Let me help with that.” He raised a brow but didn’t protest as I stepped close, sliding the silk tie through my fingers. My knuckles brushed his chest. His cologne was subtle but maddening—dark, expensive, intoxicating. I looked up at him, and instantly regretted it. Those blue eyes locked on mine, so sharp, so consuming, like they could see past every mask I wore. My breath hitched, and I forced my gaze down, pretending to focus on the knot.

Violet "They have several limited editions each season," Elijah held the bottle and continued. "That bottle looks like it might be from the Signature collection actually, not Private Blend. The bottle shape is different. Still excellent perfume, just a different line with a more accessible price point." Madison was squinting at her bottle now, trying to read the small print. They were the canvas for my next masterpiece. I reached into my pocket and pulled out a small vial of concentrated methylene blue, a medical grade dye. In small doses, it’s harmless. In "Jean-Pierre" doses, it has a very specific side effect: it turns the consumer’s skin a delicate, sickly shade of Smurf, the blue ones. "One drop for the Prince," I whispered, my accent slipping into something vaguely resembling a Bond villain. "Two drops for the Marriage Merger. And three drops because he tried to play father to my children.”

I was irritated on the inside. "Wait! Just a second!" Blaze said, he returned to the clothes rack that the waiter had brought. This time he brought a mini dress with Sabrina's peach sleeves, it had small waist with a flare-shaped bottom, widened below. "Here! You try this!" Blaze ordered, gave the mini dress to me. I raise my eyebrows in disbelief. "Why does it have to be this color again? You've already given me sky blue, now you're giving it almost the same girly color!" I protested that I was fed up with the colors sky blue, peach and other girly colors.

Lilly spoke up softly as if trying to soothes her elder sisters heart ache. Champagne's brows knitted together and she rolled her eyes. Explain.. What the hell are they going to explain? How they had the best sex behind her back. Her blood was boiling wildly Champagne's green eyes searched quick around the room and caught sight of the vase by the door. Next time why don't you watch where you're f**king going? Is that too hard?" I snap walking around him. As I do that I catch a whiff of his cologne, it's far much enticing than the elevator guy's one. It's a mixture of many things, a hint of smoke, expensive whiskey, after-shave, apples and surprisingly actual cologne.

His cologne was just perfect, a subtle blend of earthly notes and a hint of citrus lingered in the air like a captivating mystery. It was a fragrance that spoke of confidence and sophistication and his blue eyes matching his blue tie made him totally irresistible to the ladies. " Max! Are you listening to me?" His voice laced with authority, I couldn't help but wonder how he put up all this glamour and still beats all of us to work, giving us at least a 45-minute mins gap. " Yes sir, am listening" I say, adjusting my green tie. "Are you done with the Cryptanalysis I sent you last week…boss needs it in 20 mins…asap."

Cologne which did not belong to her. She took in a deep breath and prayed to God that her father wouldn’t notice the odd scent. Something entirely off from her usual olfactory taste. “Smells good in here, what’s the air freshener’s name?” Damian turned to Kiara, his hands on his hips. “Oh, that!” She laughed, waving her hand in the air, trying to get some fresh air to breathe in, “It’s Rio de Janeiro number 72 by Victoria’s Truth.” Damian wrinkled his nose, “I’ve never heard of it.”
