They would attach them to their load and by controlling the air in them carry the load up and down. The buoys were scattered all around the small cave. All they had to do was pump the air into the buoys with the bellows standing on one shelf in the corner of the cave and insert a hose into each buoy. Then the buoy’s hose could be tied to the waist and used for breathing.
