HEART OF THE RUTHLESS - A Mafia First Love

HEART OF THE RUTHLESS - A Mafia First Love

"No idea, but he looks like actor, so handsome." Brooklyn smirked, her red lips curving upward. "My favorite kind." She flicked her hair over her shoulder, her gaze lingering on him. Edward could feel her eyes on him, just as he had planned. He didn’t look her way immediately, instead taking a slow sip of his drink, his demeanor cool and detached. When he finally allowed himself to glance in her direction, it was brief, calculated—a flicker of acknowledgment that was gone as quickly as it appeared. The subtle act was enough to light a spark in Brooklyn. Intrigued, she made her way to the bar, her heels clicking against the floor. She slid onto the stool next to him, her movements deliberate.

Married To My Arrogant Billionaire Enemy

Married To My Arrogant Billionaire Enemy

Adrian lounged across the couch with his legs stretched out, coffee in hand, wearing the kind of lazy, entertained expression that made me want to throw something expensive at him. And Brooklyn— Brooklyn stood near the window, bathed in soft morning light like she’d stepped into it deliberately. Her hair hung loose around her shoulders, catching the glow. Her eyes were bright—too bright, like she was watching something she knew better than to touch. She was looking at me the way one looks at something fragile. Something fleeting. Something rare. Which she was. “Alcott,” I said slowly, carefully, “you’re fired.” He didn’t even blink. Just smiled, hands clasped neatly behind his back. “Tempora

SEDUCING MY BESTFRIEND'S BROTHER

SEDUCING MY BESTFRIEND'S BROTHER

"What are you doing in Cobble Hill?" "I live in Cobble Hill." Something shifted in his expression — a recalibration, slight. "I didn't know that." "Brooklyn's a big borough." I nodded at the book in his hand. "What did you find?" He turned it over. A novel I had read two years ago — dense, beautifully written, the kind of book that required patience and rewarded it extravagantly. "Carol recommended it. I described what I was looking for and she disappeared for thirty seconds and came back with this."

he said. Kingsley nodded. “Take me back to Spring Street.” The driver opened the back door without question. Kingsley slid in, sat back, and let out a slow breath as the car pulled away from the curb. The city outside buzzed to life—pedestrians rushing past storefronts, cyclists weaving through early traffic, delivery vans unloading into tiny cafés and boutique shops. Brooklyn had a rhythm, a life, a pace that wasn’t showy like Midtown or calculated like the Upper East Side. It just… was. And maybe that was part of why Katherine had chosen to stay here, to rebuild her peace here.

I truly enjoyed this novel, the characters were realistic and genuine. The way you incorporated the characters story and the way you used the dialogue with the growth of each character through the recovery ...️‍🩹 was amazing. Would like to read more from you author!

Enjoying the book so far. I’m still new to the book. I feel that they both got what they needed in the beginning. He was hurting and found a safe place in Katherine. She lost herself in him. I can’t wait to see what happens next

My Love, My Boss

My Love, My Boss

The apartment was smaller than the last one. One bedroom. A kitchen that was barely separated from the living space. Windows that looked out over a street with trees and brownstones and the particular Brooklyn energy of a neighborhood that was still gentrifying but hadn't fully turned over yet. It felt more like him than the last place had. More lived-in. More honest. Books on shelves that looked read. A couch that looked comfortable. A kitchen that had been used. "It's not much," he said as I walked in.

Awesome! One of the best love stories that I’ve read on this site. Great storyline, written well, characters that you can fall in love with and not drawn out. Held my interest from start to finish. Keep up the great work author will be reading more of your completed work.

Amazing story! I’m still disappointed in Ryder, but I’m happy Nik and Brooklyn were able to figure things out. I would have loved to know about Brandon and Gia, or whoever the knew woman was in his life.

Falling For His Forsaken Wife

Falling For His Forsaken Wife

"Right now, you do nothing. You let me figure out who I am without you." "And then?" "And then we see what happens." After I hung up, I made myself a simple dinner and sat by the windows watching the city come alive with evening lights. Brooklyn felt different from Manhattan - more artistic, more diverse, more like a place where regular people lived real lives instead of performing success. My phone buzzed with a text from Miguel. "How is the first night in your new place?" I smiled, typing back: "Peaceful. Scary. Good." "Want company? I could bring takeout."

THE BILLIONAIRE'S RUNAWAY MISTRESS

THE BILLIONAIRE'S RUNAWAY MISTRESS

He asked his mother, as their car cruised down Fifth Avenue, passing iconic landmarks. "Back in Colby, people are already in the various homes, resting from the long day. Don't they've resting hours here?" Before Isabel could reply the boy, Zachary broke into their conversation, "Son, Brooklyn is an adventure, just like the whole of New York is. It is constantly in motion, just like this car. Always chaotic and vibrant, but beautiful. Colby is tranquil and predictable. It is comfort zone, compared to Brooklyn's adventure." The boy half smiled, but did not say anything as he continued to look outside the window in awe.

L And his kiss came slowly. Softly. Long. In the midst of Brooklyn's chaos, we created our own space. *** It was late afternoon. We walked down a small street, entered an old bookstore, then sat in the park sharing hot dogs. "You know, I used to think New York was just a pretentious city," I said. Matt turned to me. "And now?" "Now... this city has become a place to fall in love." He put down his hot dog and stroked my hair, which was blowing in the wind.
