Her Wolf King

Her Wolf King

All of it. I pressed my hand against the cabin door. The wood was rough, familiar. Inside, I kept supplies. Medicine. Food. Books my father would burn if he found them. This was my secret. My rebellion. The only thing in my life that was mine. The wind shifted. Blood. Fresh blood. Close. My wolf surged forward, alert. Someone was hurt. Someone was on our land. I should run back. Alert the patrol. But something pulled me forward. Something that made my heart race and my wolf pace anxiously inside my chest.

He said, and I nodded in thanks. “This is beautiful.” I said, running my finger over one of the book cases. A book, the Wolves of the Medici, made me raise an eyebrow as I pulled it out of its case. This wasn’t one that I heard of before, but I could tell that it was a vintage one, maybe an old one. “History book about Medici wolves?” I asked, and Viktor nodded.

Rejected by My Mate, Fated to the Lycan King

Rejected by My Mate, Fated to the Lycan King

“I like oral stories.” She rolls her eyes at me, “Then read out loud.” She drifts off toward the fantasy section. I linger at a table labeled Local Authors. One title catches my eye. The Wolf at the Gate: Raventon’s Hidden Histories. I pick it up and flip through the pages. It’s all wrong, of course. Half the lore is twisted nonsense. But it’s also fascinating. Reading what humans think they know. What they’ve guessed at and what they’ve made up to explain what they can’t see.

The Alpha King's Hated Mate

The Alpha King's Hated Mate

HAYLEE ~<>~ While waiting for my test results and Xalen’s return to the palace, I dug into the one book that seemed to have held on to my attention and mind—Cursed in Crimson. Just like Flavia narrated briefly, the first red wolf was quite phenomenal and pitiful. Reading about her felt like torture because I could have sworn I was transported back in time to the era and place she existed. I could have sworn I felt every whip and lash she had to endure, even though she was powerful enough to destroy the entire realm.

Reborn Luna

Reborn Luna

The mirror reflects a stranger—calm, poised, dangerous. That’s it, my wolf whispers. He believes it. I pull open the drawer where I’ve keep the books Camille has given me to read and hand hand the ones I’ve finished back to him. “When you have time, I’d really love some new history books,” I say demurely. “Your finished with them already?” He looks through the stack of books. “Are you sure you don’t want more romances?” “I prefer history. There is nothing more fascinating then the past.”

The Wolf's Game

“Maybe it just doesn’t like you.” Liora laughs under her breath. “Finally, something in this place with taste.” Dax scowls and storms off, muttering. Liora shakes her head. “Careful, wolf. That thing’s putting a target on your back.” “It already had one,” I say, and leave before she can reply. By the time I reach the inner hall, Kael is waiting. He leans against a pillar like he’s posing for some old painting, relaxed, confident, and entirely infuriating. The rabbit doesn’t hiss at him. It tilts its head, curious, and hops forward a step.

The Wolf's Call (Book 1)

The Wolf's Call (Book 1)

I was picturing dark wood, mounted hunting trophies, and maybe a roaring fire. Instead, it’s modern and minimalist—pale stone walls, high ceilings, and light pouring in from hidden sources. No shriveled-up old men in rocking chairs. No incense. No crystal balls. Six wolves sit in elegant, high-backed chairs around a crescent-shaped table: three men, three women, all looking to be in their fifties at most. Each one is striking in their own way—sharp cheekbones, piercing eyes, the kind of ageless, dangerous beauty that defines the upper echelons of this race.

Of Wolves and Men

As far as I was concerned, he deserved what the wolf was dishing out. I sat in silent shock while I watched Snow hold tight to that ugly man’s thick, muscled throat until he took his last breath. Instead of backing off, the beautiful beast continued to gnaw on my assailant’s neck until he’d managed to sever his head from his body. Still, I felt no emotion. Nor did I budge. Not even an inch.

Lexi picks it up and unwraps it. She opens the journal and flips through the pages. “ I thought it might help you. I broke down everything about wolf packs in the simplest form. We have books in the library you are welcome to read to learn more but this gives you an idea. The books can take forever to get to the point.” I said. Lexi doesn’t say anything as she carefully flips the pages. When she looks up at me she is smiling but I can see the tears that have appeared in her eyes. But I’m not getting sadness from her.

The Wolf’s Fate

I asked, curiously. “This is the book of the mate. Witches and Wolves, especially Rogues. It tells you here all you need to know about them, and the mate’s bond. Read it as soon as you’re able to, sweetheart. Every question will be answered,” Dad mentioned, handing me the heavy book. I was now curious to see what it was all about. What about Witches and Rogues could I find out? After giving my parents a kiss, I headed back to my room. I held the book against my chest while I opened the door and walked in, locking the door behind me.

For a first werewolf story written by this author, it is a fantastic story that I really enjoyed, would have read it at once but had to keep the suspense. Finished reading this story the second time, could not just put it down. Well done for the twist in the story, made it more interesting.
Carol Murray
This was a great book! I couldn't even tell this was the author's first werewolf book, she had to tell me in the Author's Notes. Lots of cool twists, it's a great romance and coming-of-age story. I wish this platform had the ability to let me help the author proofread this wonderful story!!
