“Showtime!”
He walked toward the wall, pushing the secret door and dashing to the next room, the study room, to change the data.
“You should have just stayed single, Nicholas!” Lucilla growled in a low voice.
I shook my head, wanting to roll my eyes at her. “Who said I was in a relationship?”
“Yeah, right! Mom and Dad would freak out that you brought an enemy here,” she hissed furiously, turning her back on me.
I gritted my teeth, but I didn’t bother to correct her. Our enemy was the Order of the Orion, not Brielle. Yet, no matter how I explained it to my sister, she was part of the order, making her our enemy.
