But I finally picked up my notebook and pen and started writing ✍ again, because I understand everyone is entitled to their own opinion and not everyone will love your work and sometimes criticism is another great way of ensuring you polish up your work. There were some people who were criticizing my book, saying that the lawyer in my story was a loser, that she was weak and couldn't even confront her husband. At first, I felt a sting from the criticism. It hurt to hear that people were saying such negative things about my work. I started to wonder if I had made a mistake by sharing my story with the world. But as I read on, I realized that the criticism wasn't entirely unfounded. The lawyer in my story was weak, at least in the sense that she wasn't able to confront her fears and stand up for herself.
