I am interested in knowing how many people enjoy the book since it seems some are not as engaged with the story. I recently received a review that criticised my characters, calling them "dumb". Although it didn't make me sad, I know that criticism is part of the writing process. Every character has strengths and weaknesses, even the strongest human on earth. Slade, for instance, is a character who can be both strong and weak at the same time, just like Winter, who appears to be the strongest character in the book.
