Everyone turned as Kellan strolled into the dining room with his usual energy and a grin that could brighten any room. He was dressed casually in light jeans and a white shirt that somehow still looked expensive.
“Good morning, Mom,” Kellan greeted warmly as he bent slightly to hug Ryder’s mom.
“Oh, Kellan,” she said with a laugh, ruffling his hair like he was still a boy and Kellan chuckled.
