Novel & Cerita Chrysanthemum Garden Bl

I made my choice, now he needed to make his. "Wow! Did you have all my guards working out here? It hasn't even been 48 hours since I left." Caelum looked around my garden filled with purple and white flowers for Elize, red roses for me, white lilies for my aunt, and the rest a rainbow of colors mixed with grass covering or ferns. "I did put them to work, but they happily agreed." I smiled at him. He looked at me for a moment and his eyes got big. He was realizing what this meant now.

I pulled the last stubborn weed from the soil, tossing it aside before digging a small hole in the pot he brought. “These seeds,” I said quietly, “they're from the Moonshadow garden. My mother planted them long ago, according to Rhydor.” My voice caught for a moment, but I didn’t let it stop me. “He said they only bloom when tended with care. I want to try.” Damon’s hand found mine and squeezed. “You’re already doing it,” he said. “She would’ve been proud.” The breeze picked up, ruffling the petals of the blooming rose. I looked at it again, glowing red against the green.

The next day, [Omniscient P.O.V] The gardens of the Dominion bloomed with crystal flowers that hummed at frequencies matching the ley lines beneath the city. Their petals shifted color with the wearer's mood - gold for joy, blue for sorrow, violet for determination, red for anger. Lumira had installed them herself, a gift to the citizens who had built this kingdom from garbage and hope, a reminder that even artificial things could become genuine through choice. She found Autumn kneeling beside a flower that had shifted to gold.

"Precisely." Cyprian turned. He walked over to the makeshift table where the landscaping plans were pinned down with bricks. He looked at the layout for the inner courtyard. It was stark. Zen. Rocks and moss. Cyprian frowned. He remembered a rainy day in a cemetery. He remembered a girl in a black dress. He remembered the white handkerchief with the blue violet embroidered on it. He remembered the smell of wet earth and flowers. "Change the garden," Cyprian ordered.

He asked. “I did promise to tell you didn’t I? The chrysanthemum is the flower of death,” she began, pointing to the largest flower, and Chris held his breath. Maybe he shouldn’t have asked, but she was actually smiling. “But I found out in Australia, they call it ‘mum’ and give it as a Mother’s Day gift.” “Really?” “Yeah. When I heard about it, the flower became pretty special to me.” “And the other one?” He asked, tracing the smaller flower that composed her black and grey tattoo.

He straightens, turning in my direction. Amidst the vibrant tapestry of colors, we stand in a lush flower garden, a sanctuary of nature's beauty. The air is filled with the delicate fragrance of blossoms that sway gently in the breeze. Sunlight filters through the leaves of a nearby sycamore tree, casting dappled patterns of light and shadow on the ground. The garden seems to stretch endlessly, a serene oasis that cocoons us from the outside world. A vibrant blue butterfly flutters near my cheek then lands on a cluster of marigolds.

The garden filled with the sounds of celebration as news spread throughout Olympus like wildfire carried on mountain winds. Mortal craftspeople descended from the valleys below, their arms full of fresh flowers gathered at dawn—crimson poppies, golden daisies, purple lavender, and white roses that bloomed only in the blessed soil of the foothills. They moved with practiced grace among the olive trees, weaving garlands from the blossoms and decorating the stone path leading back to the main palace with swathes of greenery and ribbons of woven silk.

I needed to feel something else, something to drown the fire that Adira had lit inside me. As I stepped into the flower garden—the one Baba had planted for Selene—I was greeted by the familiar riot of colors that had become its trademark. Peonies, Selene’s favorite, stood proudly amidst the towering sunflowers, while delicate hydrangeas and roses of every conceivable shade, littered the garden, making it any florist’s dream come true.

I arranged tools and flower seeds while grandfather sat on a bench watching me from the side. "Are we going to plant?" He made a guess. I nodded. "I've never planted a flower before," He told me afterward. Looking worried he would lose the seed even before he could plant it in the poly bag. "That's the point. We're going to do something you've never done." I dragged a bag of soil near us. We spent almost two hours in the garden. We planted ten bags of Chrysanthemum seeds, nine bags of Jasmine, and five bags of chamomile. The gardener helped me arrange a place for the poly bag in the greenhouse.

There are some violet flowers and it was my grandma's favorite, so I will buy them to surprise her, I decided to go to visit her first in the hospital before going home. "What flower is this?" I asked the florist, I took a piece of flower and smelled it. "It's a Chrysanthemum miss. Only one hundred fifty lei of each bouquet," the florist answered. I nodded while picking the violet Chrysanthemums. "You can pick red Chrysanthemums miss. They said it symbolizes love," the florist suggested and I smiled. "I remember what my grandma said that violet chrysanthemums symbolize recovery for a sick person so I'll buy this one," I said.
