I stopped when I saw what I was looking for. “That flower is worth twenty dollars, Miss.” I nodded at the florist and took out the bill in my wallet. “Thank you,” I mouthed while staring at the bouquet that I’m holding. Her favorite flower is chrysanthemum. She’s like the flower. Beautiful, cheerful, and pure. My fingertips touched the petals of the flowers. I took a deep breath and then walked towards the inside of the cemetery. It’s not that crowded because it’s September. It’s almost our semester break though. I smelled the bouquet and smiled when I arrived at her grave.

“Thank you for purchasing from London Florists! Have a lovely day!” London waved at the gentleman, who blushed heatedly. It was a day with many customers coming to purchase large bouquets even though it wasn’t Valentine’s day. Schools were graduating students, and many loved ones ordered expensive bouquets to congratulate school leavers. London was happy to wrap up as many flowers as she could. Roses were popular as usual, but peonies, carnations and surprisingly sunflowers were in demand today.

"And here we have one of my favorites," a jaunty middle-aged woman said. "This is a mix of roses, gerbera daisies, bells of Ireland, spruce, and bupleurum. It's elegant yet fresh." Ellie inspected the bouquet from various angles and breathed in the scent. "I'll be right back," the florist said as she left to serve a customer. "What do you think?" Ellie said. "I like it." "What do you like about it?"

And the blush that was barely receding was back again. "I'm not a pretty little flower, Roses are as pretty as they are dangerous." He scoffed, standing up and even from where he was standing, I could see that he'll tower over me. He straightened out his suit jacket. Eyes boring into mine. "The only dangerous roses are those with thorns Rose, and you my dear, you have no thorns. You're a pretty little flower, a harmless little flower." He walked towards me till he was standing right Infront of me, towering over me as expected, I craned my neck just too look at him. "I'll be taking my leave now pretty flower, say hi to Mr. Potter for me."

“Listen to yourself! What a sweet-talker, but it feels nice to hear that.” Rose smiled and told her of the bouquet requirements. It would not be difficult to put together, and Eva remembered every word carefully. Once Rose was done, Eva got the address from her. “I’ll transfer the money to you. I'd probably need you to deliver it over.” Rose hung up after that. Eva began to put the bouquet together quickly. Birthday flowers had to be elegant and classy. Considering that the bouquet was for Rose’s friend, she decided to go with pomegranate flowers, Erythrina, and hibiscuses. She used baby's breath to accentuate the bouquet further.

The garden was carefully arranged, with symmetrical beds overflowing with medicinal herbs, fragrant flowers, and useful plants like lavender, chamomile, and rosemary. Emeriel pointed to a bed of vibrant blue blossoms. "These are borage flowers, Your Grace. Not only are they beautiful, but they are also known to uplift the spirit.

All the flowers in this shop are retrieved from trash cans and aren’t fresh at all. Some are even picked up from the cemetery.” “Carrie” deliberately shouted loudly. Both of them looked toward her. Mrs. Longbottom asked Camryn, “Mrs. York, who is she? Does she even have a brain? How can flowers retrieved from trash cans be fresh? Does she think your customers are blind fools? How many bouquets can you find in a cemetery in a day? Plus, most of the flowers found in the cemetery are white lilies.
