Aria turned back to the screen. Clearing her throat softly. “Focus.” But her voice wasn’t as steady as before. Adrian noticed. But didn’t comment. Instead— he pointed at something on the screen. “Look at this.” Aria leaned in again. A symbol. Dark. Circular. Intricate. Almost hypnotic. Her breath caught slightly. “…That’s it.” “What?” Lena asked. “That’s what Evelyn meant.” Adrian’s expression tightened. “The Circle.” Aria nodded slowly.

Where do I start from? I pick up my pencil and tried thinking of any thing I could try and sketch. My mind goes to the greek god with the silver eyes. Yes. The silver eyes. I don't know what I'm thinking but I'm working on a pair of the most amazing silvers I've ever seen as I sing 'seventeen' by Cara. "Working on the boss' eyes?"

She just stared at the spilled liquid as if she were reading a map of the woman’s future. “Please,” Mrs. Vane begged. “Is there anything at all? A charm? A prayer? I need to know she’s safe.” Celeste waited. She let the silence stretch until the only sound in the room was the heavy breathing of a terrified mother. Finally, she reached up and unhooked a string of bone-white beads from around her neck. She held them out, letting them catch the dim candlelight. “These beads were washed in the moonlight by thirteen sisters,” Celeste said. Her voice was low and heavy. “Thirteen is the number of the circle. It is the only number strong enough to hold back what is coming for your girl.”

Elias didn’t answer immediately. Instead, he reached into his coat and unfolded an old piece of parchment. Its edges were worn smooth with age. He spread it across the cedar table. Unlike ordinary maps, it contained only seven circles connected by thin silver lines. Six circles glowed faintly. One had turned completely black. “The Seven Hidden Sanctuaries,” Elias said quietly. “They were built long before the Covenant.” “Long before the Seekers.” “Long before the First Circle disappeared.” ⸻ Professor Moreau adjusted his glasses.

She bobbed her head and pulled a black ballpoint pen and a sheet of A4 bond paper from the inside. I drew twenty circles n the paper. They weren’t perfect but the important thing is that I can explain it later to this shitty customer. “This is the amount of money you paid for. Cross out seventeen because that’s the amount you need to pay.” I glared at him, waiting for him to do what I said. When he only shrugged, I spoke again, “Do it!” The customer crossed out seventeen circles on the paper. “Count the remaining ones.” “One… Two… Three..”

It was due to satisfaction. She liked the idea of ending Andromeda with something so raw and final. I could see it in her eyes, she was already picturing it. Priestess Tanya, who had been quiet, finally spoke. Her voice was calm, but there was tension beneath it. “There are seven packs,” she said slowly. “And Isla told us that the Circle has buildings in all packs. So how will we know which one they are holding Vivian and Isla in?” She was right. Derek wasn’t foolish. He had spread the Circle across all seven packs, each with its own stronghold.

The top half of the page is covered by an intricate design. The center of the design is a small square with a circle surrounding it. Around the circle are letters. Then several concentric rings surround the letters, each one larger than the last. Some are made up of circles connected together. Others are made of octagons and other shapes. The circles end and triangles form yet another circle around the design. In each triangle is a number and each number is different. Finally, there is one last circle that surrounds the entire design and connects the point of each triangle together.

A circle. Finally closed.
