The Debt of the Widow

The Debt of the Widow

“We need to move, Bianca. The water... look at the water.” Bianca stood, her legs shaking. She turned toward the shore. The Atlantic was no longer gray. A thick, oily blackness was bleeding into the surf, spreading in rhythmic, pulsing clouds from the site of the crash. The Serum Infection. It wasn't just in the clones anymore; it was in the ecosystem. “It’s moving fast,” she whispered.

THE LYCAN KING’S SCARRED PRIZE

THE LYCAN KING’S SCARRED PRIZE

00:06. Through the glass of the stasis-cage, Nora's skin was turning a bright, glowing, radioactive green, her veins pulsing with a volatile, liquid bio-weapon. Jarek and the remaining loyalist shifters backed toward the entrance, their faces pale with an absolute, evolutionary terror. The virus was the death sentence of their race, and it was about to detonate right in front of them. Dominic spun around, his black eyes wide as he looked at the countdown, then down at my trembling, exhausted frame. My void shield was fading, my hands shaking from the cellular tax of the siphon.

Shadows of the Lost

Shadows of the Lost

Karina was covered in sweats, her teeth gritting as she poured all her force into slowing down the momentum of Hail’s final attack. Without another word, the other Nobles summoned their shadow. The blackness of its feature stretched until they connected. It was only then that it stretched into a dome that covered all of them. At the same time, Sloane called upon her shadow who stretched in the basis of her shadow. Before the dome closed upon her, she’d seen Sloane winked at her and she felt a warm sensation stabbing her stomach.

The world building is well-crafted and just by the narration na hindi gumagamit ng deep english words, it really brings the reader in the world of the mc. Prologue pa lang, one can tell the mc is someone strong-headed and even though she lost her memories, that characteristic didn't change.

honestly, I'm not a fan of fantasy but Z's character is just damn! I'm imagining her like a goddess. Also, I'm very amaze on how the story is being written. Can I have your intelligence? You're too great, I swear! Reading this story is a must! Looking for someone named George now HAHAHA

WOLVES AMONG SHADOWS

WOLVES AMONG SHADOWS

Talk less of someone like Luke, who was a barbarian in every sense of the word and was probably the next best fighter after Ty in the Shadow Rock Pack. “Alright, fine,” muttered Vivian. “I have one more patient to go. Come on in.” “How’s your dad doing?” Ty inquired coyly. This was always a sad topic to talk about around the pack. Vivian’s dad, despite having once been one of the greatest fighters in the clan and the true definition of a great leader, had a little while back fallen ill. It was theorized that it was due to an injury he got from a pack war they had before that. Some other werewolf pack had started encroaching on their territory and were nonchalantly attacking humans in that ar

Shadows & Secrets

Shadows & Secrets

“That smoke—it’s alive.” Aurora’s silver eyes narrowed. The creature’s aura pulsed in sync with the forest’s hum, amplifying the clawing sensation in her mind. “It’s not natural,” she mindlinked. “It’s like the land’s been corrupted—by Nightshade.” The creature lunged, its claws slashing toward Aurora. She dodged with preternatural speed, her wolf’s agility saving her as the claws raked the earth, leaving scorched marks. Mikhail charged, his massive form colliding with the creature, sending it sprawling. Liam and Rylan pounced, their teeth snapping, but the creature’s smoky form flickered, evading their attacks with unnatural grace. Aurora’s heart pounded as she circled, feeling the creature

Shadows of Deception

Vincelli made a sickening chuckle and I felt lightheaded thinking about that, “Ana- Maria's dead? She killed her sister?" "Oh the things that girl would do for me." He sighed in awe. “I know what this is, you enjoy it, don't you? Turning people against each other, families, killing lovers, causing pain to others, to children- you have a God-complex agenda. You live for it." "You know, I always admired you, Archer Devereux, you and that Sinister Salvatore. I just love the scenario." “Beep Beep Beep. Guys." Moe's voice suddenly echoed, "We're in the basement right now and we just found Miss Violet Proca and Vitaly Orlov's body dumped down here."

, the elder suggested, but Elder Conri opposed it greatly. “There is no guarantee it will work! The spirit wolf is the one to help them fight off the virus. If you take it away from them, then they will die!” he countered. “The wolves also think so and that is the reason why they are exploding. The virus crosses the boundary and pushes them to shift, but the force is too hard and within a twinkle of an eye, the blood vessels burst because they can’t contain such force. Are you going to watch them explode without doing anything?” the elder of the tenth tribe desperately explained.

The Shadow Guard

The Shadow Guard

Vic started. “We’ve checked their home, there is no scent of them anywhere, at all.” Mimi continued. “It’s like…they never existed. Vic finished. “Are the teams ready?” Kydence asked as they walked down some stairs and into a huge conference room and there stood fifty Shadow warriors dressed in black from head to toe, the only part of their body to be seen was their eyes, even then they used black contacts. They couldn’t allow anyone to know who they are and what they look like. Any little thing could identify them. They took no chances.

Shadowboom Unveiling

Shadowboom Unveiling

His words offered no solace, leaving me even more bewildered. Without waiting for my response, he swung the door open, revealing a room filled with a hum of machinery. It felt like stepping into a different world altogether. I took hesitant steps forward, my heart pounding in my chest. Something about this place felt wrong, but I couldn't piece together the fragments of my memory to understand why. Time slipped away as I became lost in the depths of the mysterious laboratory. My surroundings blurred into a haze of confusion and disorientation. When the procedure finally concluded, I emerged from the Blue Lab Corp., but everything seemed foggy, as if my memory had been washed away.

Shadows of the Vow

Shadows of the Vow

From behind a metal crate, one of his boys hoisted it, and two controlled it from their ends. They formed a triangular-like shape to execute it: the new baby. X-16 Pulse Retreater. Straight from Eastern Europe. Prototype level. High rate, low trace. Every Shadow knew exactly when to move away. They had been well trained. The Vipers froze for just a second too long. The Shadows lit them up. The pulse shots were clean—no excess fire, just sheer impact force. Men flew backward like rag dolls. Crates cracked open under the blast. A few Vipers tossed down their guns and ran.
