My Hockey Alpha

My Hockey Alpha

But some of the humans rode on the backs of the werewolves, weapons in hand, as though they were allies. I took in a sharp breath when I saw the second panel. The humans became violent. A man stood over one of the wolves with his spear plunged into its chest and his foot on its head, looking victorious. The other wolves scattered and fled. If I closed my eyes for a second, I felt as though I could picture it. The third panel depicted the wolves, walking solemnly through the forest. They seemed to be following some sort of faint light. But I couldn’t make out what it was, because the next panel was torn to shreds.

the story is great don't get me wrong. this book is two parts as we speak, the first is when Nina and Enzo met and they get their happily ever after. the Book two is their life after marriage. let me just say "The story plot is getting redundant". the conflict presented is just repeating...

This started out promising and quickly turned into a waste of time. The FMC is a dumb, cringey, genetic, basic b!tch. Posts won't be shown without a 5 star rating, but this is definitely a 1 star. 2 if feeling generous.

Rhapsody for a Wolf

Rhapsody for a Wolf

Keep the edges angled, not square, if I can figure out how to make the wood do that. I guess if he doesn’t like it, I can just do something different. Monochrome. Black, white and grey. That's how I’ll do it. Make the figures less and less three dimensional with every frame, until they’re just flat caricatures. Then, the last frame. A jaguar in glorious colour, lying sleek and smiling and satisfied. A flattened shadow-figure under his front paws, spread out like a crime scene chalk outline.

The Alpha’s Rejected Human Luna

The Alpha’s Rejected Human Luna

My eyes were enormous circles with jagged lines coming out—lightning, maybe. Underneath, in Rowan’s careful, wobbly handwriting: THE KERSED LUNA. The second panel had a moon with angry eyebrows and what I thought might be teeth. A tiny figure (me, presumably) stood under it, frowning. Panel three showed a blob with too many arms, and what I assumed was Malric’s crown, being bitten by a smaller blob with pointy teeth. Panel four was just me again, this time with a wolf tail and a baby in my arms, the angry moon now… smiling? Or having a stroke. It's hard to say.

In Love With My Hot Stepbrothers

In Love With My Hot Stepbrothers

Aiden nodded and followed the man in. The room was beautiful and neat, with a great view of the lake and mountain in the distance. Uncle Jin said, “See that mural there?” Aiden turned his attention to see a beautiful Japanese mural on the wall. It was of a beautiful girl with long silky black hair and pale skin, wearing numerous layers of colorful kimonos. Surrounding her were some sort of spiritual animals—a golden dragon, a silver fox, a white snake, and a black cat. “That’s a beautiful piece,” Aiden said.

Color Me, Black

Color Me, Black

James asks, distracting his father. A man that loved his novelties and praised his relics more than he praised women or Wall Street. Anton peers at the painting, tracing the lines of a man or at least a face. Shrouded with swirly lines of deep reds that bring the canvas to life. It was indecipherable, but beautiful, and James finds it intriguing. “If by old you mean antique, then yes it is. It’s Le Mon, by French artiste Luciverci Glacon, dated back to the time of Vikings.”
