Bound by Blood, Fated to the Two Alphas
I spun around, hands on hips, glaring up at him.
"This is hard!" I snapped, "Extremely hellish hard!"
He grinned, "No it isn't," he replied, his voice low and teasing, "You just don't know how to do it,"
I folded my arms, "Uh uh,"
He bent down and picked up the bow, then took one arrow from on top of the table. With an almost exaggerated sigh, he took his stance. His shoulders broadened, muscles tensing. He drew the bowstring back, the tension in his arm visible, yet his grip was unwavering. He aimed then released. The arrow flew, a silent streak through the air.
