Chasing back my ex-wife

Chasing back my ex-wife

“What does that mean?” “It means whatever they installed… it’s not just a virus,” he said carefully. “It’s embedded. It’s attacking internal files, backups, even external sync points.” My eyes hardened. “How much damage?” He hesitated. That alone told me everything. “Say it.” “Over sixty percent of active files are corrupted,” he said. Silence. Even the noise outside felt distant for a second. “And the funds?” I asked. “Gone,” he replied quietly. “Transferred through multiple channels without traces.”

Forbidden Heat

Forbidden Heat

I had no idea what these folders were or what they contained so I decided to randomly click on one folder to open it. There were many documents in the folder and after clicking to open one, I furrowed my brows. The document seemed to be a summary report with photos attached. After a moment of skimming through the content, I quickly discovered to my utter shock that the file seemed to outline corruption and embezzlement cases. I gasped in shock as my hand flew to cover my mouth when my eyes landed on the name of the accused perpetrator: Madame Francesca. Really?!

At first I wasn’t sure if I liked it while reading Ch. 1, but I soon found myself really absorbed and invested in this book. I honestly think that it would be interesting to write alternate stories/endings with each character! Hope you consider my suggestion! Keep up the good work Realfantasies!

Forbidden Heat is an amazing page turner. love, lust, murder, mystery and alot of intimate scenes with the four men in Natalia's life; Lucian, Edward, and Zak are the people who protect her and the new character Reiner is the bodyguard entrusted to keep her from harm. who will she choose?

Sinful Affairs

Sinful Affairs

One morning, I arrived to find coffee on my desk. “You were here early,” Miles says from his drafting table. I pick up the cup. Black, one sugar. I never told him how I take it. “Thank you.” “Don’t mention it.” But he’s smiling at his sketches, pleased with himself. The next week, his rendering software crashed at seven PM, taking three hours of work with it. I hear him swear from across the office. “What happened?” I’m already walking over. “Corrupted file. It’s gone.”

His Regret: I Am Untouchable Now

His Regret: I Am Untouchable Now

Consultation erased and authorization logs removed. What the hell? I clicked deeper into the archive system. My eyes narrowed slowly. Someone else had recently viewed the files. My stomach tightened instantly. Who could it be? Would Quinn be that interested? Morrison for a scandal? Someone from the hospital or another investigator? I opened another restricted section. PARTIAL FILE CORRUPTED… Sweat gathered at the back of my neck. No legitimate medical record looked like this. Unless someone deliberately touched it. I stared at the screen glowing before me while something cold settled heavily in my chest. This wasn’t an accident; someone had buried the truth carefully.

Heart of stone

Heart of stone

As May opened each document, a clearer picture emerged: a vast web of lies, deceit, and corruption that extended far beyond what they had initially suspected. One folder, labeled “Offshore Accounts,” revealed a series of transactions and bank statements linking high-ranking executives to illicit offshore companies. The amounts transferred were staggering, enough to destabilize the entire company if made public. Another folder, “Sabotage Plans,” contained detailed strategies to undermine rival firms, manipulate stock prices, and even tamper with critical infrastructure projects.

William shrugs, looking so completely unrepentant (for a second, Proserpina was almost tempted to hit him with the book) as he turns to his phone, scrolling through it rather aimlessly, “…get back to it then. Don’t mind me.” She frowned, glaring at the book, “I can’t.” “What? What did I do now–?” “Not you, moron,” she snaps, “The pages were torn!” And it’s true. The next pages looked like they had been torn off or… no, Proserpina quickly amended, fingers ghosting over at the singed pages, at the words that just makes no absolutely sense whatsoever because it wasn’t torn. Some bloody bugger had burned the next page she was supposed to be reading right now–!

Divorced By Mistake: My Ex-wife Becomes a CEO

"Let’s do one final run-through." I plug in the USB drive, but instead of the presentation loading, the screen flickers and displays an error message: “File corrupted. Unable to open.” Panic flares up inside me. "What the hell?" Kevin steps forward, eyes wide. “That’s strange. It was working perfectly last night.” Sarah frowns, immediately going into problem-solving mode. “Do we have another copy?” He plugs in his laptop and opens the file, but the same error message appears. “File corrupted. Unable to open.” Kevin's hands tremble more noticeably now.

He paused, gathering the attention again, bringing a silence in the crowd, moving forward to hear more. “Fiend Forgery, the heart of Katastrofi.” Their jaws almost dropped, the temptation affected their mind to fathom, to learn more about it. “What does it do?” Persephone asked. “What is Katastrofi?” Vera asked too, “Does it kill you?” Randall asked. “What does it look like?” Followed by Kriss. “Would you die if you touched it?” And Zen. “Can it be consumed?” And Avin. All of them had their share of questions growing wild to know what it is about.

Broken research logs. Many of them were unreadable. He clicked the first video file. The screen flickered before freezing. FILE ERROR — DATA CORRUPTED Damian tried another. The same result. And another. Corrupted. Destroyed. The fire had done its work well. He moved down the list slowly, opening each file one by one. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Until one entry caught his attention. It was buried near the bottom of the archive. Unlike the others, the file icon appeared intact.

One Mate Was Never Enough

One Mate Was Never Enough

What I found instead made my stomach drop straight through the floor. Gibberish... Not corrupted in the way files sometimes corrupt, like a few errors, recoverable data, the kind of thing the IT team could usually untangle in an afternoon. This was systematic, thorough. Every calculation file, every structural model, every piece of data I'd spent weeks building, reduced to strings of meaningless characters, as if someone had reached in and scrambled every number, every variable, every carefully constructed formula into noise. I sat very still for approximately thirty seconds. Then I started clicking through folders with increasing speed, hoping, knowing, even as I hoped, that the next one wo

Frequently Asked Questions

It's really frustrating when you can't open a PDF, isn’t it? I recently had a similar situation with an important document. I was all set to review some details, clicked on the file, and—nothing. It just wouldn’t open. My immediate thought was, 'Is my PDF corrupted?' which is such a hassle. Sometimes, it can be due to a variety of reasons. Maybe it didn’t download correctly, the file got corrupted, or even the software you’re using is acting up.

If you’re using Adobe Reader or another PDF viewer, sometimes they just have glitches. You could try updating the software or even restarting your device. But the best thing to do is to check the file size. If it's suspiciously small, like almost zero, that’s a classic sign of corruption! You can also try opening it on another device. This helps rule out if it's an issue tied to that one machine or the file itself.

Lastly, there are ways to attempt fixing a corrupted PDF. Online tools or repair software exist that can often salvage the content. But fingers crossed, when you get to the bottom of it, it's just a simple issue and not a lost file!
