The Scarlet Angels

The Scarlet Angels

She just wanted to know, to be sure whether these creatures were real or merely a myth that lifted the spirits of people whose loved ones had been murdered and their killer had never been caught. After Esther posting her notice along with e-mail on various forums for fans of paranormal phenomena and urban legends, she took a deep breath and looked at the clock. It was almost 2 o'clock in the morning, so Esther quickly changed into a much too large t-shirt, which served as her pajamas, and drank some warm milk while sitting in the kitchen. Soon after, she went back to the bedroom, lay down on the bed, and fell asleep a few minutes after 2 a.m.

When The Light Falls

Camden said and looked at Natasha with questioning eyes while waiting for the link to open. "Why? Are you telling me that you don't?" Natasha said. "I'm not saying that, all I mean is that you should quit stereotyping," Camden said. "I second to that," Emman added. "Yeah, whatever," Natasha said and shrugged. They all turned back to their laptops where the link that Knoxx sent them has already opened. It led them to a website about legends in the City of Light, it was opened on one specific legend actually. It was called the Legend of True Sight.

said Johnson, “Like one of them, whatchamacallit?” “Urban legends,” said Taylor. “Yeah,” said Johnson. “It’s spooky.” “You ever hear the one about the girl? You know, the hitchhiker girl on the old north county road,” said Sullivan. “No,” said Johnson. “If you drive out there alone at night, you might see her,” smirked Sullivan. “She’s real pretty. Gorgeous. And she stops cars and asks for a ride, see? And then she tries to get you to go into the woods with her and if you go you’ll get lost and then she disappears.”

"How?" "Raped and murder. Body was found two days later. The reason for the angry spirit was that she wants to meet the mother. I searched and found her. She was well over eighty and wheel-chair bound. There was meet-up but the girl was not pacified. Two workers in that building died subsequently because of her mischief, and-” “The old lady committed suicide?” “You know?” “Number 45 Cairnhill Towers. It was an urban legend. I always thought it was fabricated.”

His tales were collected from various sources and compiled alongside some fictional stories made up by Nathan. Two months later, a copy of the book made way into Hana's school. The owner who got scolded by the teacher for reading stuff unrelated to her subject felt embarrassed as all eyes settled on him. Yet not long after, Hana, aka Alice Hevel, approached him to ask about the compilation of short stories, confirming that it was the one about Ley, the helpful spirit of the road. That sparked a lot of interest afterward. It turned out that many schoolmates of Hana also heard about the newest urban legend. As her classmates discussed about the rumors and stories in the internet, debates and c

Quite the unique story in this website. I have read until chapter 50, it's a nice fantasy that is also like just a slice of life, at times heavy, at times just like a breath of fresh air. Only problem is the expensive chapters. Good work though.

The Supernatural Spa

But this is what I will say. All of this is based on true events. This happened in one of the provinces of the country that was deemed a nest of aswang (local version of vampires), engkanto (benevolent fay), maligno (malevolent earth beings) and other supernatural/paranormal creatures. It just so happens that its close proximity to another province that was also known for such monsters has added to its creepy reputation. This story happened around the 1970s, and my mother was just a child then.

“What the fuck?” “I don’t like this, something is watching us!” Drago speaks. “What is it?” I asked. “I don’t know but there are legends of Kappa out here!” “Kappa?” “River demons of Japanese folklore.” “I’m starting to think it’s something else, it’s not evil but it’s certainly alarming when you can’t see it but it can see you.” “We should head back to our Ember.” “HEY DAMIAN!” I yelled and turned to see Ember and Binx standing beside me.

I chuckled and pulled him until we saw my mom's grave. "We don't practice that one, babe. Besides, I really haven't heard the superstitions you're talking about." "Really?. Do you know about the dwarves?" "Yeah. The small persons," he said, and I laughed while pinching him, making him jump and say ouch. "What small persons are talking?" "Am I wrong?" "Dwarves are one of the famous urban legends here in the country. They are not just small people as you said. They are tiny creatures that live in anthills. They have powers and yes, if you disturb them, some parts of your body may swell."

The prints look like humans, but it has a missing toe on each side. Something crept through Ejima’s stomach, making the hair on her skin stand. She had heard tales of creatures with missing toes back in the village. Her uncle had told her scary stories of how these creatures offended the gods and were destroyed from the surface of the earth. Every story she had heard always painted the missing toe creatures like some mystical beings that do not exist. They were said to be barbarians who fed on anything that had meat. Go back now that you have the chance. A voice warned in her head but Ejima dismissed it. She unbuckled her sling from her waist and picked out three stones from her pouch. She m

asked Edmund. "Yes, true. The island of legends is located on top of Genbu's giant tortoiseshell, which can fly and is invisible,” replied Cassia. “I read one of the books at the Brighton Library. Genbu is a giant green turtle that can fly. From what I read, gigantic branches grew from its horn-like head and vines that resembled a beard, and its black, mossy shell seemed to be surrounded by a mist in the shape of a white snake. On top of that shell is the yokai stealth village,” said Astrid.

Geez, Sis. I cried. Why did Albus so cruel to separate Astrid and Draco? At first, I burst out laughing because I read that a dragon can drink beer, but after a while, my tears flowed without me realizing it. Well, It turns out that Astrid had fallen in love with the black dragon. Poor Astrid. Why?
