This crystal seemed crucial to its survival and its connection to the cave. It was a large, pulsating gem with a vibrant color—perhaps a deep orange or yellow, like the sun. It glowed with the same eerie light as Stalagtor’s eyes and was clearly integral to its life force. I extended my hand, trying to touch the crystal when I heard its roar again.
