Ralph nodded, knowing that he had to let her speak.“I’m sorry for interrupting, you can go ahead” Celeste let out a sigh of relief and continued, “As I was saying, Lovette and Gabriel will tie the knot, but the twist is that it won't be Lovette getting married, it will be me in her shoes," she explained with a smile.

In a van three blocks down, Dorian watched it unfold on a grainy monitor. No sound. No emotion. Just the steady click of Velvet’s private enforcement team slipping into position. Wade clinked a glass with a senator’s wife.

"Tangerine, I know that this isn't the time or place that we had imagined, but I want to make things right. Will you marry me?" Tangerine's eyes widened in surprise, and she gasped. "Uno, of course, I will marry you!" she said, tears of joy streaming down her face. Uno slipped the ring onto Tangerine's finger, and they shared a kiss, feeling the warmth of the sun on their faces. As they turned to walk back to their coven, they knew that they had a new beginning together. The coven members were waiting for them, and as they approached, they began to clap and cheer. Tangerine and Uno looked at each other and smiled, knowing that they had a family who loved and supported them.

"It doesn't make sense. They love each other, they want each other, they should be together. Not being together, not even trying is going to kill them." Tamara pursed her lips in thought, considering. "I'm just tired of seeming them both hurt." Aatalo looked over his shoulder to the booth Anthony was sitting in his. He leaned back in the red cushiony booth, his neck craned backwards as he stared up at the ceiling. "So am I." He turned to meet Tamara's gaze, a mischievous grin growing on his lips. "What do you say, one last round of Cupid before the doors close for good?"
