Sinful Desires: Fatal bonds
Seraphiel’s hand came up to cup my cheek, thumb brushing my lower lip.
“I love you like this,” he whispered. “Soft. Creative. Mine.”
I kissed him then, slow and sweet, tasting paint and peace on his lips. When we pulled apart, he rested his forehead against mine.
“Thank you for letting me bring you here,” he said quietly. “I needed to remember I’m allowed to have nice things. And you’re the nicest thing I’ve ever had.”
We painted until the light began to fade, the garden turning golden and then soft lavender. When we finally stepped back, our canvases sat side by side, one delicate and dreamy, the other bold and passionate, yet somehow perfectly matched.
