Daisy spent her entire life reading books to escape reality, and when that was not enough, she would dress up in maid outfits and then sneak off to the town, either to buy books, watch the festival and or try new cuisines. Despite all she had been through, she was friendly and easily lovable. One day, she and her best friend participated in a village competition for tickets to the white winter ball, the most exclusive and marvellous ball in the entire empire. She sneaks away from the ball and enters the library to gawk at the books, the girl meets the first prince in the library and rejects the princes' advances because he was engaged.

Since she promised him, she decided to go see him before deciding to leave the palace for good. Since it there was time before lunch, she went to her terrasse and took her time to relax and read the witch book. There was many spells for making fire, moving tools, growing herbs faster, and much more. She could understand how to read them but understanding the meaning of some of the spells was another thing, the book had a lot of chapters and as she looked at the next chapter it became harder to understand. It was like upgrading from novice to master, so she had to finish understanding and studying the first chapters to go forward. And it get harder the more you learn.

There were so many more a centaur with stalls for each one, three little elves, vampires, witches, even a pool in the back for the mermaids. You could agree that it wasn’t the best looking but if It could hold all of us then it has to have some type of magic in it. I took a big deep breath out not noticing that I was holding it, looking back at Daisy I saw how her silky black hair was all over the place. Likewise, I took my hand out combing it with my hands indicating to her about her hair she looked at me with shock a Scooby-Doo face. She went up the stairs, and when she got to the front of Zoe's room, she slowly opened the door and peered her head in. She abruptly rose up from the bed and started jumping happily, “the grasshopper and the ant.” She kept repeating and laughing.

Though a little staggered, she appreciated the effort he put in emphasising his words, making it as dramatic as possible. He also quietly, yet with full confidence, changed his voice to match the characters. She remembered how thrilled she was to see the brand new book on the shelf in the prison common room. It was a dark, violent version of the classic fairy tale which made it a lot more fitting to be seen in such a place.
