But before her was a smattering of all different kinds. There was a whole section with predatory and aggressive decorations, like carved bone, polished fangs, and curved talons. There was another section whose beads were more beautiful - lustrous gemstones, brilliant metals, and polished glass. She was particularly attracted to the milled or carved beads, ones that seemed to have some symbolic meaning. One of them was a silhouette of a Ventrii Stalker in mid-flight, with its wings wide open. Eva grabbed one, along with a few different kinds, and paid for them through her DI.

Getting back in her car, she smiled at the doll. "You're much too special to just be tossed," she said. She had been obsessed with the house since she was little, and she wasn't yet ready to part with such an unexpected treasure, no matter how creepy it was. The doll had a porcelain face with a cloth body, and it wore a pale red dress. It stared out the car window as they drove, and Beth contemplated how ethical it would be to keep or sell it. Technically, Mike had given it to her for disposal, but now she worried what sort of implications it may have if it turned out the doll was somehow worth a lot of money.

With that said, she faked a relaxed smile and said, "Alright, enough about that. There are a few stalls I often visit. Some of their knickknacks are pretty delicate. Accompany me to have a look." Gu Lichen's eyes glimmered slightly before he said, "Okay, let's go." Zhong Keke and Gu Lichen came to a stall with handmade dolls and accessories. Zhong Keke and the stall owner were obviously familiar with each other as they greeted each other. "By the way, didn't you say you could custom-make dolls last time?" Zhong Keke asked. "Yeah, how would you like it?" the stall owner asked. Zhong Keke said, "Please hand me a paper and pen. I'll draw it for you."

"I'll get one for you. What kind of doll do you like?" "You're childish." Caraline got off the wheelchair, standing next to Deric with her arms crossed in front of her chest. She looked at the many types of dolls in the box ranging from animal, fruit, vegetable, and vehicle shapes. "You have to get that blue-eyed cat for me." Caraline smiled after pointing at the doll she wanted. It was in the middle of the pile of dolls and it would be hard to get it. "Alright," Deric said as he approached an attendant and exchanged a piece of money for some coins.

It was definitely going to be something being publicized in the papers. Alpha Wulfgard having fun with a boy at the park?
