I don’t relax until she leaves. I lay on the bed, and close my eyes. Again, I try to break myself free of the delusions, but again I find myself in this strange room. At some point, I fall asleep because when I open my eyes again, there is a tray of food on the nightstand next to me. My stomach rumbles with hunger and I’m eating the food before I even realize I have moved. The food tastes wonderful and is gone in a flash.
